Odd experience. I visited the store to purchase a game that the website indicated was in stock, but after an unsuccessful search, I consulted a female employee who immediately stated that they were out of stock, without checking. I then placed an online order for in-store pickup, assuming the game might be en route. Ten minutes later, I received an email confirming that my order was ready, and the same employee handed me the game upon my return. I just don't understand why she said it was out of stock.

Employee Daniel has poor customer service skills. Very rude, also slightly hostile and aggressive. Avoid this store if possible. There’s a much better location not too far from this one.

Been waiting in the parking lot for them to open its been 30 minutes since they gotta be open this is why gamestop is dying. Oh look dude just got here well another 30 minutes I guess.... make the open time at 1pm?

This is sad due to shopping here for years. They will no longer honor your warranties…they will tell you one thing then charge you later and say it is a change in policy. Corrupt. I will never step foot in another Game Stop ever again.
