Lex the Manager is very unprofessional. I walked in and wasn't greet until five minutes later as she was on the phone (assuming her boss) complaining about one of her employees going on a rant.
Be more professional and take those calls in the back and don't air out your employee issue in front of your customers.

Please do us an all a favor & do not shop at game stop. They tried to sell me a used splatoon 3 game used for $54.00. When they’re $49.99 NEW at Walmart. Jesus Christ how do you sleep at night.

Horrible "pre order" experience orderd a game the last week of October told me it was going to get here November 6th. I show up to the store and they had to send an email to the distributor. Called back a week later they told me they were going to pick up my game from another location, I show up the next day and they forgot to pick up the game and it sells out all over town. Really unacceptable how game stop takes care of there guest. Its like playing cat and mouse with this store.

I Came to return some used headphones which I didn’t like and the other location said it was okay to return at any location, the team lead or supervisor of the store said to not do this again, as it effects his sells for the month….
