The in-store only releases are a mess. The amount of items the store posts compared to how many people actually can get an item does not add up. It should be one per person, but maybe it's not in reality. We will avoid this location.

Yesterday I went in to sell my PS4 pro Star wars edition. Some fat guy with glasses named Sebastian was at the front counter took my PlayStation and stated he was going to look at it and give me a price. After about 5 minutes he told me he would be able to give me $20 for my PS4 pro because of a dent on the cover of the PlayStation. I told him it was not a dent it was a burn mark from a blunt. I then told him I had Madden 24 inside the PS4 but he had already packaged it for sale when I wasn't going to sell it. I then told him no thanks for the $20 disrespectful offer. I then took it to Cash America next door the pawn shop and they gave me $55 for it. No questions asked.

Was told by Raymond the game warranty was free and he'd include it with my purchase. Check the receipt once I get to the car and sure enough, I was charged for it. I understand y'all got numbers to hit but stop sneaking things in by lying or misinforming customers. It's less than two bucks for the warranties on games I purchased but that's still shady š
Otherwise, this store had a good selection of games. Will be back to check it out again but, I'll pass on any additional "freebies" going forward.

Absolutely great experience while shopping at this Game Stop. Jose was great with my kids. Talking with them and patient.

I had the worst experience shopping at this location. There were 2 employees and it took them about 15 minutes to simply process ONE return for ONE customer. There were about 7 customers in the store and they seemed overwhelmed. Being that it was a few days before Christmas they should have had better employees manning the store, IMO.

I tried canceling a pre order of a game thatās only been out for a week. Was told āi would need to transfer the money to GameStop cardā as an ex employee who worked at GameStop in El Paso till a month ago. This is not a policy that GameStop has unless itās been on pre order for a long period of time. If the people at GameStop tell you this donāt ask to speak to the manager you should ask for the distract manger jon.
