I had a car loan from GECU back in 2006 & due to the financial collapse of 2007 I lost my job. So I forfeited on my loan and the vehicle got repossessed. Now cuz of that issue they won’t even offer me any kind of service 14 yrs later!! Situations out of clients control and they hold us accountable. Careful with this bank*** they’ll black ball you.

Nice small co-location with a tea shop. Easy parking. Be aware the ATM is INSIDE and can only be accessed during business hours.

The food is absolutely delish and definitely packing a punch. The ramen has such a good hearty flavor that you'll end up craving it all the time. My only complain would be the portions, the ramen was not filling and it's more like a snack size. It is priced a bit higher than I would've liked for what we received. Overall, I personally think it's a place worth checking out.

This place was a pleasant alternative to other venues near UTEP because of its boba tea offerings and noodle dishes. However, the last two times I visited, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, I was informed, "Sorry, we have no boba now." Add to that customer service that is non-existent, and you have a recipe for lost customers.

BOBA AND CASH WITHDRAWALS Finding Kinley's Tea House is like going on a treasure hunt in the desert in search of boba milk tea. Tucked away on North Mesa Street, behind its sister coffee house, lies this haven for boba connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike. There is plenty of study space on the first floor and sofas to relax on upstairs. The aesthetic is nice and refreshing; definitely a great way to escape the bright summer heat to retreat into this treehouse-esque environment. Take a step back and find something on their blackboard menu. Now let me talk about the tea (not that kind of tea). The DRINKS: LIKE AN EXOTIC RAVE IN TEA FORM Thai Tea: WHEN THE CRAVING DOESNT STOP With the light amber color reflecting the El Paso sun, you get a light taste of fragrant Thai Tea. Even with my sensitive taste buds, I thought the flavor was a bit watered down to the point where you lose the heart and soul of the fragrant Thai Tea leaves and are left something like a sugary Southern sweet tea (-1 star). Maybe adding less ice or asking them to make it stronger will make this drink more satisfying. Matcha Milk Tea: THE FULL FORCE OF A MATCHA KITKAT AT THE TIP OF YOUR TASTE BUDS If you are a lover of Matcha Kit Kat bars then congratulations, you have reached the end of your journey. One day, when my teeth can no longer chew and I can only take in liquids one sip at a time, this liquid Matcha Kit Kat will sustain my life. Until then, the Matcha Milk Tea has enough Matcha flavor to satisfy the tea drinker's soul & milky creaminess to coat your tongue like eating white chocolate. Sweet enough to satisfy a sugar craving, but with enough of the earthy Matcha to achieve a balance to maintain neutrality on your taste buds. Each sip is a clash of bittersweet Matcha, pillowy white chocolate, and the wonderful spectrum in between. The VERDICT: THE WILD SIDE OF TEA THAT YOU NEVER KNEW When you find teas like Dragon Pearl Jasmine and Golden Monkey, you know you are in for some unique surprises. Kinley's Tea House draws you in with their unique teas and mixed drinks (sorry, no alcohol). While the Thai Tea can satisfy a craving, I recommend asking them to make it stronger or with less ice so you can taste the fragrant milk tea & avoid something closer to Southern sweet tea. I highly recommend the Match Milk Tea for anyone who likes Matcha Kit Kat bars as this drink matches the flavor and the creamy mouthfeel & aftertaste of the cult sensation. The interior aesthetic definitely relaxes you, especially with so many different ways to sit and relax. I will definitely be back whenever I have an exotic craving for tea that cannot be satisfied anywhere else.

If you are looking for a credit union who has good customer service and is loyal to its members then this is not the place for you. Might as well go w a big bank as this is a shark financial institution in disguise. Was a member for over 15 years. Besides that you have a lot of better online banking option that blow gecu's interest rates out if the water. Do not waste your time or money here.

Some of the people working at kinleys just have horrible customer service. Ive been here a couple of times (only because its right next to utep) and my drinks have been poorly made or the servers were rude and inattentive.. Do not recommend.

One of my go-to study spots due to the high tables and natural lighting. Ambiance - Shares a space with GECU which is a bit odd, but doesn't interfere with the tea house. There's normal seating as well as high tables with outlets available. Service - Workers are informative about their menu and always happy to help with decisions. They also bring the drink/food out to you. Food - Drinks and teas are good; however, their noodle bar is very subpar. Noodles were soggy and I understand that you can choose your own toppings, but the ones I picked didn't go well together at all. The egg was also disappointing and was more of a hard-boiled egg than a poached one. Overall, I would come back to here for drinks and to study, but I would never try to the noodle bar again.
