Not going to lie, I do 99.5% of my banking online. I have multiple accounts with GECU and have never had an issue. Recently moved and went into the upper valley location for the first time. Service agent in front was quick to try to assist me but as I needed a cash withdrawal I was directed to the virtual tellers in back. I'd never used one of these nifty machines but... virtual call connected with my teller quickly and she walked me through the process (simple, easy, painless). As I left service agents in front asked if I had any issues and wished me good night. So... some new technology to tackle but the same great service I have always received from them.

Lines can sometimes be long, but overall the service provided is good. Parking can be hard sometimes.

Every time I call I end up waiting for 2hrs to get someone to pickup the phone. No one ever answers. I’ve been with GECU for years but not anymore. ?️GECU has horrible customer service!

I really wish I could give a absolute negative number cause this place is trash they claim to help you yet they charge you all these things on your loans and your balance is never dropping I have paid a year and some odd months off my car note and guess what. Not a single dime has gone towards what I owe NOPE IT WENT TO COLLATERAL PROTECTION!!! yet I have that with my full God forsaken insurance coverage through USAA! BUT NO ONE IS GOING TO REFUND MORE THEN THEN 330. DANG DOLLARS FOR THREE MONTHS WORTH EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROVIDED COVERAGE SINCE THE DAY I LEFT WITH THIS CAR!!!!! I MEAN HELLO!!! I HAVE TO HAVE IT TO LEAVE THE DAMN CAR LOT!!!!!
