I,can see why they have a 2.5 rating, this place is horrendous. The manager here ,is terrible, she treats the client with so many disrespect. I can't wait to pay off my loan to close everything with them. Please, do not get involved with them, or you will regret it.

This is just ridiculous the electronic tellers take forever to help you. 15 minutes waiting for a teller. What happen to the old fashion face to face tellers!!! Should of stayed with Wells Fargo!
