As per all the other reviews here this location is definitely brought down by its management orLa k there of. Extremely poor Customer service at this location in El Paso. The employees are very poorly trained and unfortunately very rude.

I am a big fan of Best Buy and use their Total Tech coverage often. Today I purchased a screen cover for my iPhone. The screen protector is guaranteed for life. So, in case of visible scratches or any other damages to the Screen Best Buy will change the screen at no extra charges. This is really an incredible value. Service was as always friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Total tech package as it offers great value!

Because of the service I purchased, I have left the new computer twice to start it and install 360 software that I had purchased, and neither time did they do anything at all. The thing that can do the most is ww wl I try to avoid work trying to convince myself that this way I can leave

I purchased the new iphone 15 pro along with a case and a screen protector recommended by this west side store. Some time after I dropped the phone and the phone broke from the back casing. I took it in for repair and they said they would need to order the part and I would have to leave the phone there with them. I agreed and they asked me to remove the case and screen protector. The gentleman was as shocked as I was that this phone broke from the back with a case. I mentioned to him this was my first time ever seeing an iPhone break from the back ever especially with this expensive case which was recommended by them. He recommended that I return the case since it had warranty which I later did. As I handed the phone to this gentleman he and I noticed how immaculate this phone looked other than the cracked back area. There were absolutely no nicks or damage to this phone. Approximately a week later they called and said it was ready. When they presented the phone to me I immediately noticed the nicks along the side of the phone. I told the gentleman about and he noticed it as well and said he would get someone else to assist. After a few minutes they came back and proceeded to tell me that they didn't damage the phone. I told them it was brand new and in the case sine I purchased it. They kept saying there is no way they damaged it as the back was removed with special tools that don't touch the sides of the phone. I even suggested if it was possible it was damaged while in their possession when it was moved around? They said no and also said that they were not calling me a liar but can't call their techs liars either as they must back them up. Another gentleman came to counter by the name of Brian with a very aggressive attitude and said I broke the phone and caused the damage when It was dropped. I gave him the same run down about the case and he said he was not going to take responsibility and continued to be super agreessive and began to intimate me by calling me tough guy over and over again. I was also purchasing a $1200 surface which he made quite unpleasant and frightening. He continued to call me tough guy. I finally noticed his name was Brian from his name tag. I was finally able to pay and also take the new iPhone 15 pro that they damaged while repairing. I have never felt so frightened, harassed, and intimated by anyone. Brian was super aggressive and needs customer service training. I would definitely give this experience a no star review if possible. Very disappointed

I bought a screen protector for 60$ and asked them to install it for me so I don’t mess it up. I went there, and the lady put the screen protector, but it’s sloppy, and it creates a bubble. I went back there again for her to fix it but still the case. I should’ve done it myself. So please do yourself a favor and find someone who knows and install it carefully.

If I could give them zero Stars I would!!! Worst customer service I have EVER had experienced from two completely different calls/ people. In a word… Horrible.

Their posted hours don't reflect what it says online. Quite an annoyance honestly. Went there on a Sunday said it was open at 10am online. I get there and there's at least 5 other people waiting all thinking it was open at 10am

I’m going to give them 4 stars because when I called no one at the store answers the calls for answering questions regarding my laptop. The call center gave me incorrect information however the store Geek Squad counter was able to assist. Even though they do NOT carry batteries for laptops in the store; they were able to find out what kind I needed and looked it up on Amazon. I ordered the battery from Amazon and they will put it in for free because of my total tech warranty that I bought when I purchased my desk top.
