It does not work and they promise a lifetime warranty but they do not honor it. The plastic only lasted 2 weeks.

I don't understand all the negative reviews, I've known Ghost Armor since 2012 and I always have had a good experience with them, I was there the other day to get a screen protector for my new Google Pixel 7 Pro, and the guy that works there (Alan) is a very friendly guy and does an excellent job! If you need a screen protector for any of your devices, I recommend Ghost Armor!

Seemingly okay service till you realize their protectors aren’t all they’re cracked up to be. Beware of the unexpectedly high prices, as in $60+ high prices. Surely got me with my daughters new iPhone.

Save your money and time! I've been going here since before any employee or manager working there now has been doing this.I've used Ghost Armor since they came to El Paso over 10 years ago. Back in the day I could understand paying $60 considering the screen resolutions weren't as good as they are now. But after time they still have not evolved and are wanting to charge us $120 for a protector they have not upgraded. Last year on my Galaxy S21 Ultra I paid over $120 for me to have later removed it because of how bad the resolution looked compared to the $1300 phone I just bought. Talking to the main guy Allen that has been there for a very long time he only gave me a run around story. After as much business as I have brought them I am extremely disappointed not only with there product but the lack of information the employees and managers have. They will not have a return customer for this S22 Ultra or any future products of mine.Hopefully this finds you before you waist tons of money on this company.

I purchased the protection for my iPad having been told that it would have a lifetime guarantee. In fairness the gentleman who assisted me with my purchase was kind and friendly and after paying the $85 for the screen protection I was satisfied with the installation. I will note that I am very careful with my devices and that this iPad has minimal usage. It unfortunately suffered a minor fall last week and I noted some small chipping in the corner of the screen. At the time of the fall the iPad was it’s case and with the screen protector. I immediately brought it in to have the screen replaced only to be told that the “Lifetime warranty” was only applied to the screen protector. I got a replacement iPad from the apple store and went back to the store thinking they could at least replace the screen Protector until I could purchase a better quality tempered glass one. I was shocked to find out that in order for them to make good on their “Lifetime warranty” you have to pay and additional $25.00 installation fee. None of this was told to me when l originally purchased the product. In short save your money these screen protectors offer minimal protection. Their “Lifetime warranty” is extremely limited including the $25.00 service fee, and their customer service can be hit or miss. You are better off purchasing a $7 tempered glass from Amazon.

They messed up the installation not once but twice! I thought maybe he was in a rush last time so I would give him another chance. I went back because I could tell it was peeling he blamed me for it and wouldn't fix it unless I paid again. Extremely bad service! This was with Alan. I would expect for the finish product to be better since there customer service is horrible with such a sarcastic attitude. Would not reccomend at all. Not even worth the gas that i wasted to not come out satisfied!

Terrible customer service Alan has some sarcastic attitude and he doesn't want to help you out in anyway takes so long for my product to not even last a week! Super disappointed. This guy should pack up his sh** and head out of el paso. How can you charge so much and it falls off in a day or 2

If you want some serious, high quality protection for your high dollar electronic devices with added professionalism in customer service, Ghost Amor is the place to go and allow Mr. Allen to take great care of you. Both Ghost Amor and Mr. Allen have been in business for a long time and have been servicing El Paso well. I have taken many of my high dollar devices to them for a long time and I always walk away pleased and 100% satisfied and still after years I am still impressed with not only the customer service but the quality of products they offer. Keep up the great work Ghost Amor Team!! Consumers please ignore the negative comments left by other people. There is always 3 sides to a story. Any questions or issues I have ever had, Mr. Allen has always gone out of his way to make sure I had questions answered and resolved any issues. Again, Thanks for the great work and continuing to be part of El Chuco Town. Hard to find local shops who will provide all the great qualities you all repeatedly provide. Thanx Allen!!!

This place is a rip off, I purchased the screen protector that supposedly came with lifetime warranty and that all I needed was my phone number in case the protection peeled off to redeem the warranty. No one mentioned whatsoever that if the protector came off I needed to bring it in as proof to redeem the warranty. Tried to speak to manager and was not available they said it was corporate policy, yet you try and contact corporate and you can't get a hold of them and the website is shut down. Complete waste of money take your business elsewhere.
