I went at 10:00am, but they were closed. I waited for 20 more minutes. Apparently they were at the bank and would return soon. Seems like that is a common occurrence if you look at other reviews.

Stopped by at 2:30 on a Monday but store was closed. Supplement Xpress (same shopping complex) was open and had great customer service...go there instead.

Tried to visit the GNC store at 10771 Gateway South in the Northeast this morning. It was 10:40 am and the employee was sat behind the desk with the lights off and doors locked. Supposedly, the store opens at 10 am.Fortunately, Supplements Xpress is in the same shopping area just past Ross Dress for Less. The Supplement Xpress staff were extremely helpful and the prices were great.Thanks for nothing GNC.Seems like GNC management doesn’t care about the multiple complaints of poor shop hours. I’d suggest using Supplement Xpress 1 minute away at:10771 Gateway S Blvd Suite J102, El Paso, TX 79934

employee was no help didn’t even care. The store close at 8 on Saturday . The employee closed and left at 7:15. If i could give 0 stars i would. Dude didn’t even know anything we asked.

Place is always closed. Apparently always at the bank. The second time I have been by today in a span of 2 hours to try to pick up my order. Obviously little or no management supervision.Edit. It's OK, I left the worker a note and told him to call me when he gets to work. Kids these days. ?♂️

Everything has maltodextrin, bad selection of weight gainers only 2 types available,bad customer service, literally sent me to go shop with their competitors. Don't waste your time here.
