Lady was not helpful and was rude. When asked about BOGO she said that GNC does not do that. I have been a costumer for several years, but this location needs attention.

I had some bars in the box and the associate tried to charge for a full box. I said something, especially since some were on sale, so he rang them up individually. I pointed out to him 3 TIMES that some of the bars had the discounted price on them, and he still charged full price. I will be returning them ASAP and not returning. I’d rather drive 45 minutes to the GNC on base than go back to that place.

The sales associate tried to tell me he gave me a discount. He charged me and refused to give me printed receipt. Once I got into my car, I checked my email for my receipt and found out he didn’t give me the discount. Went back in and returned all items. Be very careful

Walked in employee did not ask if I need help looking for a product. He was on his phone watching videos.

I went to This GNC to grab some of the new ZOA energy, guy tells me we are all sold out. I look behind me and see cases of it there. He tells me again they are all sold out and refused to let me buy the drinks. I left the store and call the place just to see what he would say, I tell him I seen the cases there on the side where he was hiding them. He didn’t know what to say he just tried to make excuses. I am not sure why he would do that but if it’s there I should have been able to buy it.
