Summer at the front desk was very helpful while I was in town for work. The gym is clean and well organized. It's 4 stars basically due to it being an older gym. There are a lot of cardio machines but only 1 type of elliptical.

Highly recommend this gym, they listen to their members and have one of the best selections for equipment. The dry sauna is also a plus.
