So went to this goodwill looking for dvds. I found some good one but one was a box set with three movies. They were selling dvds for a Dollar each so when I go check out to my surprise it was 5 dollars. I asked if they can lower it to 3 dollars since it was three movies. The manager and lady there said no and they cant change prices and for reason it was a box set. So of course I had to scramble up change just to buy it very disappointing on this situation.

I came in and spent over four hours at this location shopping and when I came to checkout, a manager came by and took my items and raised the price on both of the items and claimed its policy… “policy” to change pricing once it’s out on the floor???? I think not. completely disrespectful of the manager and staff and I feel that my experience there was taken advance of by greedy management and employees who price things higher than retail value. Do not shop here.

The eldery that shop at the northeast, area are RUDE, they lack manners BAD, and they think they can go above you just because they are "friends" with the managers, even if you try to be nice and polite, this does NOT count here be prepared, to be treated BAD...they should have their costumers on check!! Is nasty how some people act here

I would have to agree with most of these reviews, as Goodwill wants to sell items as if they were new items. Very overpriced. Employees are old cashiers who are very disorganized. Cashiers are confused about what to charge. This place is a disaster, for the price might as well just go to Target or Walmart. They should charge second-hand prices.

I like going to thrift shops , but this particular store has forgotten that what they're selling is "USED". Over the past year the prices have gone up and up. What I used to be able to get for $8 has gone up to $20. REALLY! And what they do have has gotten worse looking. Where's the quality control? Like I said everything is used but some of the things they put out should be in the dump, not for sale. Just because people may be poor or just looking for a bargain doesn't mean they should be paying for overpriced garbage. Get it together and quit ripping people off.

I find myself going to Goodwill more and more there's a lot of good bargains and a lot of nostalgia items you can't find anymore but as far as women's clothing you can find a lot of good bargains very stylish and fairly new if not new

It is stupidly expensive for a second hand store now! Especially for a store that does not pay for it's inventory! And the ladies up front are so damn rude. A younger lady with black hair and bunch of Zits was yelling at me when checking me out and just acting super entitled. She literally barked at me "ITS $10 DOLLARS ARE YOU SURE?!" Like first off I didn't even ask the price, I handed you the item I am going to buy. Then she just kept that nasty attitude all the way through rolling her eyes at everything I bought. Like I didn't even talked to her nor said a word other than "yes I'm getting the dress"Like I get it it's a goodwill but this literally made me go out to the back afterwards and take my donation bags back.
