I donate my hair every six years to wigs for kids. I came in looking to trim the dead ends.
The person shown me about an inch or two inches of my hair. I okay-ed it. Then my hair drops to my shoulder. My hair was near my hips, now it's cut to my shoulder. I can't put my hair in a ponytail nor can I use my hairsticks. I came in about a week ago before leaving to Oklahoma to see an ill relative. I come back and I see how choppy it is. It was like when my grandmother cut my hair all wonky when I was in elementary then told me not to worry because it'll grow out. It wasn't layered at all, just chopped.
I was looking to donate my hair next year. Now I have to wait about 4-5 years. I trusted this place because the Great Clips on Fort Bliss did wonderfully whenever I needed my hair trimmed.
I never thought I'd get emotional over something like my hair, but here I am with this mess and the lost work for this donation.

Booked a appointment here, lady looked at me and proceeded to take 2 people before me and put me from 3rd in line to 5th. Real nice! Won't be coming here anymore.

I don't know you guys, but im that kind of person that doesn't let anyone or place cut my hair, i was worry and a little afraid that the stylist didn't understand me, in most places i ended up with a square hair cut and with out layers.
For my sorprise, she understand very easily what i was looking for, also she was very friendly, unfortunately i didn't ask her name.
Girl, thanks for do my head lighter!

Having to spend 20$ on a haircut, and still having to get home and fix it myself. No fade what so ever . And having patches on my head where she didnât even do the number two guard all over . I use to like going here but they rotate staff so much and the girls I like are never there . Just an overall bad experience today .

Very impressed. I live far from here but had something to do on the east side. Felt bad for not going to my regular spot but this was a great experience. Cool and comfortable inside and you can check in online.

i donât know who gave my husband a haircut but he came home with a messed up haircut and worst thing is that my husband tells me the lady who did it smelt like straight alcohol and then when he tells her vary nicely that he didnât like the haircut and if he could please get a little gel to fix it she responded âyou want your money back ?â ânext time donât come highâ in a vary rude manner and my husband doesnât even do any substances so he told the manager and she said âto each their ownâ so i decided to give you guys a warning before you go into a haircut at this location. Which is sad cus itâs the closest to my home đ thankfully they did refund our money even though it was done with horrible customer service đ˘

There is only one barber that knows how to cut hair. The only guy there skips customers cause he says he doesn't know how to do certain haircuts
