About Greyhound: Bus Station
The Greyhound bus station is an indoor facility that is generally described as very clean and large. Some reviewers note it is surprisingly small for its important location. The waiting room has limited hours, sometimes opening later in the morning. The temperature inside is often reported as very cold. Amenities include vending machines for snacks and travel items like earbuds and chargers, though food courts are not open. Operations receive mixed feedback. Buses are frequently praised for being punctual and departing on schedule. However, there are also reports of bus delays and mechanical breakdowns. Customer service experiences vary. Staff, including security, are sometimes helpful and accommodating, such as changing tickets at no extra cost or assisting stranded passengers. Other times, service is limited with only one employee at the counter, and language barriers are noted, as some staff do not speak Spanish. Boarding can be disorganized, leading to confusion and missed trips. Some recent changes, like the removal of baggage handlers, have disappointed customers. Overall, experiences range from good to frustrating, with calls for improved organization and pride in service.

This is the cleanest bathroom and bus station that I have seen so far in the most recent 7 and a half years of my life!!

I am very thankful for all the new changes that are happening at the greyhound bus station. I was saddened to find out that they no longer have baggage handlers.

Bus was late and broke down. Called customer service was trash over the phone. Yelling and Arguing in the lobby. The guy at the customer service desk was the only pleasant experience. He was nice and helpful.
