Great room, middle of the city and everything you need or want
Rooms: Pretty clean rooms, and nice sheets and bedding
Food and drinks: Breakfast was top notch, with birthday cake waffles and omelets that all the kids loved

Good place to stay. We arrived at night on a Sunday and it was surprisingly busy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was mostly clean as the floors were not the cleanest. The beds were really comfortable! The noise is really the reason for 4 out of 5 stars. The freeway traffic, slamming of doors, crying babies, fridge and ac unit were suuuuuuper loud. I’m not high maintenance but there was constant loud noise which was a bummer. This is coming from someone who travels alot. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! They had everything from waffles and oatmeal to bagel with eggs/cheese to breakfast potatoes and sausage. They also had juices, coffee and pastries. The staff was great about making sure all the food was fresh. Although the pros do outweigh the cons for the hotel we would stay at a different location next time.
Safety: This location felt very safe and secure.

Hampton inn on El pado was super nice. Staff is very friendly. Was hard to find at first.
Rooms: King bed room, non- smoking, large desk, small kitchenette, would make one suggestion for dietary purposes like with me low carb diet.

Great time spent at Hilton family hotel.
Special thanks to Marisela Castro she was so kind and helpful knowledgeable sharing good places to go & eat in El Paso .
Plus her service in the cafeteria her delicious breakfast highly recommended.
Everything very good .

Perfect and well relaxed stay. Applause to staff, friendly welcoming greets, exactly how customer service ought to be, thank u for a wonderful stay. Close to shops and restaurants. Good parking spaces even for over sized vehicles. Room well cleaned.

We stopped here while traveling through the area. When we arrived no one was at the counter. After 5 minutes was going to call the front desk to see if someone would come out front, when a person dressed in sweats came around the corner to help us. We enjoy Hilton properties so that is why we stayed here. This property was very basic but clean and comfortable. The rooms are large enough to move around. They use dispensers mounted to the wall for all the soaps, shampoos, conditioner and lotions. They offered a hot breakfast in the mornings which consist of the usual items like waffles, eggs, breads, etcetera. Great for starting your day. We check out with no issues and the counter person was dressed much more professionally. We will probably return when in the area. Good location due to walking distance of Whataburger open 24 hours. Also a quick drive to quite a few restaurants and fast food places.
