This is a long review but I didn’t want to forget anything. I dealt with what is perhaps one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in the service industry at this location. They have recently remodeled. While shopping with my buddy who suffers from autism. The back stock of boxes clogged the aisles. When I found a blower my friend wanted I had to move stock of 7 or 8 boxes to even get what he wanted. The trouble began as I approached the newly remodeled store front. There was one person in line ahead of us so we went to make our way to get into the line. The woman behind the counter, whose name was Carmen C kind of rudely pointed out that we had to go through a serpentine, fine no problem, even though there’s only one person in line, I get it they remodeled it’s different. So we went to make our way through the serpentine and get behind the gentleman that was being helped. She kind of snapped at us again and said “I need you back there” kind of rude but OK whatever. I noticed that there was a cash register to my immediate left so I just set my stuff down by the cash register. I thought she meant she wanted to help me there. She takes care of the gentleman that she was helping and then she’s snaps “I can help who’s next!” Again in a very rude, very snappy manner almost like we were irritating her with both our stupidity and presence in the store.We make our way up to Miss Carmen C and she (again very snappy and very rudely) points out a sign about 15 feet behind us. That says please wait here to be seen . Like I get it. They have rules in place but she was pointing it out like we were the dumbest people that ever lived as she was conducting the transaction I asked her name because normally I do the reviews on the receipt and there was like a lot of chest puffing and she states again very aggressively and rudely “my name is Carmen C there’s a lot of Carmen here so I wanna make sure that you get the right Carmen.” She was the rudest person that I have ever dealt with in my life and my poor friend with autism when he’s confronted with aggression, he pinches his arm out of irritation. She was so rude that when we got home he had gotten so worked up and agitated, he had pinched himself a bruise she is the rudest person I have ever seen responsible for taking care of people . I get it after Covid it is hard to find people to fill positions but this woman has no business taking care of the public. Maybe have her stocking in the back ? One customer is not going to hurt harbor freights bottom line but I will never set foot in one of their locations ever again. Be better. In a side note the young man is really enjoying his blower despite the negativity experienced within the store. I have also registered a complaint with cooperate, as well as the survey on the receipt.

just came back from there, terrible experience with a pregnant employee that should not be engaging customers as she has no customer service skills. Brought it up to management, not sure if it sank in. This is my 2nd experience at this Harbor Freight, and this pregnant employee was also rude and elusive.
Sad to say. We just relocated from California, and our Harbor Freight was super friendly, lots of customer service, and always handy. We never had a problem. I will reach out to HF Corporate, after i fill out their online survey. I love HF, hate to see this one go downhill.

Bought a Portland Chainsaw in January 2024 used it once the 2nd time I used it it wouldn't cut anything called the store they wouldn't credit me or even asked to take a look at the product flat out denied me told me I should have paid for a warranty spend a little more and buy a good chain saw

This store is good and meets the expectations for one exception. Often my friends and I have a negative experience with the two over weight female cashiers. I noticed that they have a nasty attitude when clients question or are confused about a price, sometimes they have a coupon or there might be a discrepancy on the paper versus at the shelves. They use their headset to talk negatively about the clients, making discriminatory remarks such as, "they spoke Spanish" laughing and gossip. They were doing that in front of other clients and I have witnessed it many times. They are like a team of bullies and don't about good customer service. It always make me and my friends not want to be there or go back. Today, there was a big line with one of them and the other one came to open the other register and I asked her "is this lane open?" she seemed about ready to take customers and she said "no, the lane is over there" pointing to the other cashier with whom she was gossiping with. However, as soon as I lined up at the other lane she said to someone in the line, "may I help you sir?", I understand she wanted to help the next person in line, but that is not the way to do it. If you have to make one client feel less welcomed to help another that's not okay. She could have said, yes, but let me help the next person in line. So rude, unfortunately I like this location. I hope their supervisor sees this and breaks up their discriminatory ways and addresses the way they treat loyal good clients.

Unfriendly, confrontational and unprofessional. Its as if your employees feel that stalking shelves is more important than helping customers or making a sale. I actually get the distinct impression that im being chastized for refusing to divulge my phone number. Ill buy Snapon for 3 times the price rather than put up with your entitled attitude. Get over yourselves. Its business not high school!

Place for sale of small construction tools and equipment. It has good prices, I don't know if they are of good quality for professional mechanics but for people who like small repairs on their cars.
