One customer had a short window to get a refund or replacement, and the store gave the replacement without drama. When an item was not in stock, the staff told the customer another store had it and when they would have it. Another customer could not fit a new tool box in their car, but a helpful warehouse employee offered to deliver it himself. Employees are described as very helpful and knowledgeable of precise locations.
