Told me they couldn’t give me a refund for a service I never received that was offered in my graduation package, that I should’ve asked for a refund two weeks before graduation. What good does that do me? I didn’t know I couldn’t receive that service till after my graduation. Horrible customer service.

Very rude and the most incompetent people on the planet!!! I hope I never have to do business with them again!!! I don’t understand why the schools choose to use them! Extremely overpriced and lacks quality. Not worth the money or hassle!
