I’ve stayed in this hotel before. great customer service and the rooms are very clean. We are locals but we reserve here and there for the indoor pool. However, it has brought to my attention the great reviews about how clean the hotel is. Recognize the people who really deserve, the people under those who wear ties and feel entitled. El Paso believe it or not is a really small city and you’ll be surprised the stories people have to tell. In this case, about this hotel and its management. Obviously I am not saying names but thank god this wonderful lady that I met doesn’t work here anymore and you would be surprised the amount of stories she has about her and the people who are currently in charge of cleaning this beautiful hotel. I would not say her name but I would say that based on the stories, these ladies are being mistreated by their manager Cristy. Cristy is very unethical, unprofessional and abuses of her power. If you are the owner and happened to read this, you should ask around and care more for those who are scared to raise their voice because they depend so much on this job. If you are a customer please stay in this hotel, it is super clean and nice environment but please be kind to the people who maintain this place. And if you are Cristi, one day you’ll have someone that actually stands for others and girl believe it or not you won’t feel that entitled. This is not a false review, I can provide the last time I stay at this hotel with pictures and everything and I can use my voice in social media because listening to those stories I felt like I could write a book like in the movie “The Help”. Owners! Please listen to the people, they are the ones working hard to feed you. Give your employees a break.

Disappointed with my stay
First, I gotta say the excellent customer service and the fantastic location—both truly enhanced my stay. The staff member at the front desk was friendly and attentive. However, there were some issues in my room that needed attention. The carpet appeared dirty, and I noticed a few hairs in the bathroom sink, which was disappointing. Additionally, the shower was clogged and the coffee maker didn’t work. On a positive note, the size of the room was great, and the bed was comfortable, I had a good rest night. I felt that the overall value was not worth it. I could have stayed at a better hotel for less money, which is something to consider for future guests.
Safety: The neighborhood was pretty safe

Clean rooms, but for the price: being told that at night and apparently in the morning as well, all room keys “deactivate” and receptionist have to walk you to your room to open the doors is an inconvience. And the satisfaction gurantee posted in the restrooms does not apply as the response i received was the above stated with a sorry.

I made a reservation in booking and I arrive at the hotel and they tell me that there is no reservation and we can't do anything if booking marks us, that if you have a reservation it's fine and if they don't talk to us here you won't sleep

Rooms are good and cozy, location is great! But the service is horrible, they won’t clean your room after 11am no matter what. Front desk service is horrible, there’s one lady in particular that is just nasty mean, you will know once you interact with her. Other than the lady and cleaning crew it’s not bad. But it’s the small things.

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were super comfy, I had a good rest after a long time on the road.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites El Paso was a disaster. The TV in my room was broken, and the toilet didn't work either. Despite multiple complaints, the front desk showed a complete lack of effort in addressing these issues. Further compounded at check out when I again brought up the inconveniences of my stay, including a two
Hour shared room experience with a technician to repair the TV, that admitted in the first ten minutes he wouldn’t be able to get it repaired. And yet attempted to for two hours, just to tell
Me the same thing he told me within the first ten minutes of his attempt. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

This place is located next to I-10, you're about a 5-10 minute drive to a lot of things (East of Franklin Mountains), the rooms are clean simple and neat, plus the staff is welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and some of the best I have seen from Holiday Inn. This place is close for Door Dash or Uber Eats to drop off if you need a rest day.
Rooms: Rooms have fridge, microwave, TV, and bathroom (with toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion).

I stay at Holiday in Express and IHG hotels in general a lot. The rooms are great and service always friendly; however this particular location on my stay had horrible parking. About half a dozen trucks pulling trailers parked along the perimeter of the hotel taking up 4-6 spaces each. Other trucks double parked taking up two spots each. The parking was just an inconvenience. I ended up having to park on the complete opposite side of the hotel from my room.

The person responsible for cleaning the room does it well but does not provide replacement of glasses, if they have already been used by 3 people who were in the room.
Once before, the room was not cleaned the entire day of stay.

Boiler not working, pool cold
