Light tone male cashier is very rude. He charged me completely wrong for my items and he acted rude towards other customers and myself. He acted like he was the shit. Very hostile feeling shopping at hollister.

I had entered the store I believe around 5:40PM. Not once did anybody ever let us know that they were closing in 20 minutes. While we were in the back of the store, employees were yelling and playing around, pushing each other, which was the first thing that I thought was unprofessional. While my husband checked out I was looking at some shirts and I took it down from the rack and then placed it back. Somebody then made a rude comment. “She just did that. Sorry I guess people are not done touching stuff.” I then turned and responded to the person who made the comment while she had her back to me and said “no we aren’t touching stuff” I then turned around and asked the cashier who is that lady? She says that is Ivonne and she’s the manager. Ivonne continued to make comments while standing behind us telling her worker that “when everybody EVERYBODY IS GONE YOU CAN DO YOUR LAST WALK-THROUGH THE STORE” Ivonne was talking loud to make sure that we heard her. Again we were never told the store was closing. When I walked out, Ivonne was on her knees cleaning the floor, I then told her everyone was out of her store and they could finally do the final walk through at 6:02 pm. Her comments were very unnecessary and made my family feel very uncomfortable. Her employees acting the way they were, explains the leadership they have there at that store. I hope Ivonne can be counseled on her professionalism, costumer service, and leadership.

Employees are always in a bad mood here and at Abercrombie. They can’t even provide a simple welcome or hello to their customers. The stores are always a MESS and disorganized and you can barely find your size. Why would i want to give my business to these specific brick and mortar stores only to boost their sales, when im better off ordering online without the rude, stuck up attitudes and MORE of a selection.

Based on my experience here, the store was semi-organized. Customer service was decent. Nothing outstanding. Prices were average on most products in comparison to like stores. Overall, would maybe recommend and maybe return.

Horrible customer service! They asked me to set an item outside of the dressing room because there is a limit of 5 items (fine) and 2mins later I went to grab the other item off the rack and try it on and someone had took it and bought it!! Every worker here acts like a spoiled high school sophomore not to mention the entire floor was a mess! Worst Hollister location I've ever been to!

I never had shopped at this store and I decided to shop for a few items for my upcoming trip and unfortunately an item didn’t fit. So I went in person to this location to return the item that didn’t fit and the cashier was very rude. I told the cashier 3 times I needed to return an item and she would just keep talking with her coworkers about stuff and how men had crushes on her and completely ignoring me. Then when she told me the amount to be returned to my bank didn’t match with what I had paid… so I ask her nicely how much and she started being rude not wanting to explain me and she said my return was going be 90 dollars which on the receipt it showed 97. I guess my problem is she was probably too busy talking to her coworkers and not paying attention the customers. I want to go back and shop but I don’t feel like being treated like that so guess will have to shop online next time. Sigh
