On 6/1/24, I went to the Home Depot on N. Mesa. When loading my vehicle, I was accosted by an individual that would not walk away. I do not feel safe going to that store anymore. They want it to be like Albuquerque or Tuscon. Or even worse. I don't mind the day labors looking for work, but when individuals are walking through the parking lot, it makes me feel like I might be the next victim.

Do not buy an appliance from here. They delivered my $1,100 washing machine with two dents on the bottom front. This is the same washing machine that would have cost $750 three years ago. They also hauled away my washing machine with clothing inside it. When I called the delivery contractor about the clothing, they said that protocol is to always check the inside of it, but I know that he didn’t. I asked if he could please let me know where the warehouse is located that he hauled it to so that I could look and he refused to provide me that information. Home Depot alleged that my previous washing machine was “crushed” but I don’t believe that for two seconds. I called the Customer Care number and had to spend 2 hours on the phone both on the day of the delivery and then two days later to basically be interrogated. I have the record of both of the calls in my call history as well was text messages and my order number/receipt. Overall this has been a terrible experience. I will not be purchasing anything from Home Depot in the future.

If I could give a 0 I would!! Ordered a stove, took a week to get it. When they delivered it, they said they couldn't install it because the valve behind the stove had to be replaced. They left it on the back porch and called the plumber. Was suppose to send a tech with him. Nope no tech!! Plumber comes not prepared, I have to find a drill for him, he breaks all the tile behind the stove and freezer. Unplug our freezer to use the drill, does not plug it back in. We wake up to water everywhere and hundreds of dollars worth of food from Sam's in the trash. Left a giant box that weighs at least 65 lbs. Yes we paid for installation and haul away. Can't even pick up the box to move it. I will never buy anything from them again. Worse service ever!!!!

This is the nicest customer service I’ve experienced at a Home Depot. I went out of my way to come to this one because they’re so nice and understanding when you need help. They don’t make you feel dumb.
