Last week I attempted to return a can of drywall compound. The clerk asked why I was returning it. Informed him I decided to hire a contractor. He then started shaking it and asked me if I had opened it. Which I had not. Asked me if he could open it which he did. It was evident that the solid material had settled and the liquid was on top. He proceeded to ask customer service staff if I might have used some of the product and passed it around. A customer got involved and checked the can. By then everyone was staring at me.

I would rate no stars but I can't. I was on the phones waiting to talk to someone for 45 min to an hour n had to hang up because no one answered. How so they have associates on the floor but no one can hear a phone call

Every time I visit the garden section at home depot Carlos makes the experience so much better. He’s always smiling and genuinely seems happy to help, which makes him really approachable., he takes the time to listen and offer thoughtful suggestions. You can tell he really knows his stuff and enjoys what he does. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a shopping trip feel like a friendly conversation, but that’s exactly what he does. Home Depot is lucky to have him!

Inconsiderates. Awesome crews. Respectful and knowledgeable. Management is another story. I bought 2 pallets of Sod. Forklift was ready. Took management an hour to open gate for Forklift. Had MY customer complaining. Time is money. Complained to manager opening and didn't show an ounce of care.

I love shopping at home Depot before all my household products and lumber and and tools I need to help me fix my house they have all the fasteners and screws and nails you ever need clothing electrical parts they also have the best variety to help you fix your lawn mower and get your garden fixed nice the people and stuff that are so friendly I love shopping there go early in the morning and it's so busy I can't get everything I need and out the door and it's so affordable I can't believe it Thank you home Depot so much you're the best

Was in the electrical isle for about 30 minutes waiting on some one to come help. No one ever showed up. Easier to win the lottery then have someone helping you at Home Depot. Talked to store manager and she acted like she really didn't care. Good thing Lowes is right down the street.

They had the items I was looking for, but even using the app in the store. It was hard to find assistance to have someone bring them down from the very top racking. It took over half an hour to find someone still I was very pleased with the courteousness and they apologize for the delay
