I came to Home Depot after not finding what I needed at Lowe’s after getting multiple assistance from multiple employees.
And yesterday…
I was stunned that the first employee (female) I had an encounter with was able to direct me and help me right away! Very knowledgeable!!
She was stocking but also walking the floor looking to help. It was a better experience than Lowe’s!

Went into the store today with a issue that I was having with a part that was bought and Raul from plumbing and Melanie from customer service did an amazing job today. They were both so very kind and professional. They both have very good customer service!!!

Very very bad customer service, they don't want to help you at all.
I returned a product last month and I still haven't been able to get my money back into my bank account.
I come here and they tell me that it is a matter of my bank, when my bank has not received anything.
And here they say they can't do anything

On 2/26/25 was given Great customer service by employee Mathew, Mathew was making sure all his outside shopping carts were in place. Mathew saw that I needed help loading heavy restroom vanity and top. Mathew rushed to help me and organized the merchandise in my vehicle. I have a bad back and I appreciate Mathew and inside team for assisting me. I always receive great customer service from this Home Depot team.5:46pm
