Stripped 3 of the lugnuts on front driver's side of my car. And when asked about it they said that they didn't don't. And the they were Stripped before we took the car to them. And I know they were not Stripped

This is the absolute worst shop in all of El Paso they charged me 500$ for repair they couldn't even show me what they replaced and blocked my number when tryed to call ask him why my car sounds worst avoid this SCAM SHOP!!!!!

I went by yesterday to get my first oil change as they were fairly priced and came out paying more than I bargained for. Exhaust threw out heavy smoke and come to find out the next morning that they had put excess oil and it damaged my spark plugs and the oil was still fairly dark as if the old oil wasnt fully dumped out. Payed 61.00 for the oil change and turned out very costly.. never again will I come here. And the youngster working looked as if he didnt want to be there or maybe because I arrived 20 minutes before closing ?...updating again sorry, mechanic wanted to add that oil filter was stiff and hard trying to take it out and was still one of the filters I used on my last oil change, so in a sense the filter wasnt changed either, fantastic job guys ?
