Not the best customer service and the cashier seemed annoyed that I wanted to use my hot cash and rewards:/ I definitely paid more in person than I would have buying everything online. I prefer the Solana location a thousand times more.

doors are open i go in to pick up my online order and there’s two lines for online pickup and regular purchase. obviously i go on the side to pick up my online order since the other line is clearly long (ab 15 people in line) the rep at the counter rudely skips me and i tell her i was here first for my online pick up. she proceeds to tell me i have to get in line and wait for my turn. i tell her i already paid for my order and just want to pick up. she continued to help someone else but me. it’s sad employees have to give nasty attitude to customers and project their insecurities. that wasn’t the way i wanted to start my morning. pls do better when hiring these type of people it looks really bad on the image of

Came to pick up an order and it was 7:25 and the doors were already closed with no sign when it says they’re open until 8. I took a drive of almost 40 minutes for nothing

Most reviews are accurate when it comes to customer service. Customer service does not exist at this location. 2 employees here were complete wordless bodies. Greeting customers goes a long way.

Was talking to employee for some help, store manager Stephanie proceeded to answer me disrespectfully and spoke to me as if I were one of her employees, very rude and unhelpful.

What’s up with your guys’ customer service? I used to love coming here now it looks like you bother employees by asking a simple question. Do better, how is a part timer happy to help and managers being rude? Went on a bad day I guess.

Waste of time. There was a line of about 20 people and I asked if I had to wait in the line to get my online order. And the girl in the glasses said yes so i wait in line until its my turn and i get told to step aside and wait for another girl with an ipad. If there was a person assigned for specifically online orders WHY WAS I WAITING IN LINE FOR???!! It makes no sense, don't bother ordering online same shit anyways.

Don’t bother ordering online. I ordered online and stopped by to get my order. There is a line that has a sign indicated for online orders. I was told by the store clerk to stand in the regular line, which meant stand in a line of 4 people. Why bother having an online order pick up sign/lane if one still have to wait for others to pay.

Walked in a sales person tells me about this special and shows me the dresses and tags. I get in line to pay and they tell me there no longer on sale right after they told me they were on sale. What's gives. Worst is that the manger woman could care less. I won't go back to that. It's bad business.
