i was looking at the plushies they had on sale when i overheard i believe was the manager expressing himself very rudely to a potential employee, i heard the guy was late for his interview i understand the punctuality of trying to get an opportunity but they way he was being loud and in front of customers made me feel bad for the guy, thankfully he maintained his calmness and did not level up to his disrespect, i left the store after that occurrence and got the bag i wanted from another close location, never stepping foot in there ever again if he behaves like that with someone he doesn't even know i cant imagine how he is with his employees.

I love going to this Hot Topic!! The staff is always nice and helpful. A special shoutout to Andrea who has helped me a few times now and is amazing! She actually helped me more than she realizes. I’ve started finally losing weight and after picking out a few things she reminded me they have a changing room to try stuff on. I thought it was a good idea and turns out all the stuff was too big on me. I finally fit in large/medium stuff and she saved me from having to come back and switch stuff out. She was just “doing her job,” but she didn’t have to mention that. She didn’t realize how much it helped. Thank you!
I also had a great experience when they called me to remind me about my Hot Cash that was going to expire. I wish I got his name, but I’m so grateful he called. I got stuff I never would’ve thought I could afford. Thank you for giving me that chance!

They cancel my order after they told me they where getting it ready despite it said on stock. Spend about 2 hrs at the mall waiting for it for them to just say we don't have it

The male worker was very rude and moody he kept getting mad if we picked up something to look at I was going to purchase pops but after that who wants to buy anything there it was 2:00pm

I love Hot Topic, was my first time in this location tho. It was fully stocked, a little tight for a wheelchair but I got my hubby thru none the less. Staff seemed a bit preoccupied.

I love this place, they always have everything in stock!?? The girl was by herself, had a long line, but her customer service was great! Rare to find these days... Very pleased I didn't have to wait for my items??
