Last two times I went in with my daughter the workers seem too busy to answer a question for us. They seem too interested in their own conversation more than being friendly and welcoming. I won’t return.

I've been going here for years and never had a problem but there was a mean fat lady with purple hair. The clothes I picked were marked as 10 dollars a piece and under a "Buy one get two free" sign and when I asked her about it she said they were buy two get one free but that they were in fact each ten dollars. I then went to pay and she then told me it wasn't buy one get two free again and said the total was 40 dollars ? when I asked her how it was 40 dollars when it was supposed to be 10 a piece and one was free she was rude and snarky. bad additude and bad customer service as well as unclear deal clarifications.

Dont buy from here...they could careless about you as a customer...from the employees all the way up to the district manager Tony. They will accuse you of stealing as well. Dont spend over $2k a month in their store or they will ban you. They will accuse you of making a profit off their items and ban you from every hot topik. YOU WOULD THINK A STRUGGLING COMPANY WOULD WANT YOU AS A CUSTOMER BUT THIS COMPANY WILL GO DOWN IN FLAMES WITH THEIR EGOS.
