My wife purchased a vehicle from Andres going on a month. Its the second vehicle we purchase here. We been waiting on the extra key and still nothing. I message Andres, and he will just answer me and dont reply again with an update. I would have to message him again to get an answer, his easiest way out was parts will contact you directly when your key is ready. My point here is, he was so into the sale and willing to help us at the moment. Now that he has the sale he dont care about helping us with info about the extra key.

Just wanted to say "Thank You" to Danny Sanchez. He did a great job helping my wife purchase her vehicle. His customer service, patience, communication, and attention to detail made the process smooth and very comfortable for her. When I showed up the deal was done! Thank you, Danny! When it's time for another vehicle, Hoy and Danny, will be top of my list.

Here’s my story. One day I went to take my Subaru to a couple of other dealerships to see what they would do for me for a trade in on a very nice new car, they wanted to use the great price gouge of 2020-2021 in 2023 on me. So I was up late after coming home disappointed , and I saw I beautiful nice new ‘22 with low miles, so I sent a email and got a response from Julie at hoy family auto later in the morning. As I had just got in to the used car building she called me as I was speaking with the person she had already set me up with so coincidence? Or faith? So I met with Danny and told him my story , I don’t want to waste his time and I just want to be treated fair and both the dealership and I walk away knowing we both got a great deal. Danny went to speak to Justin, his manager and they talked about what I would like to have and what I would like to get. Then BAM!! A deal was made , we had it done, finito, ta fricken da ! Not only did they give me a very fair deal on my trade in they gave just as good deal on my new car! It’s a used 22 with 12k so yes it’s barely just broke in! I’m happy! I would recommend anyone to go in who is willing to be fair and honest with their selfs to get the same response back! Thank you Danny and Justin and Julie! My experience was great!

5 stars to the team at Hoy Family Auto! Manny O. was extremely transparent and very quick at getting the process done. Frank in finance was a pleasure to work with as well. Lastly, huge thank you to Augustin and Manny O. for going out of their way to sort a situation out involving my recently purchased car. These guys really do treat you like family!

Took my 2022 vehicles in to the xpress service for Hoy for some recalls, an airbag malfunction and a low pressure on a tire (as I bought additional coverages offered). Recently I was detailing my Atlas to find out spare is not there. Spoke to the person who does my service appts for him to tell me I probably took it to another shop and they stole it. I only asked to review the cameras of the dates when my vehicle was there, maybe someone forgot to put it back. They continued to just gaslight me saying it was probably another shop. Why would I take my 2022 under warranty vehicle to another shop? Also tried speaking to the manager as the guy gave me his # but he was always unavailable. Also left voicemails but never got a call. So disappointed.

The service department does not return calls. I had to call five times to talk to someone about replacing the front part of a panoramic sun roof that was pealing ( this should be covered by the recall) according to the whomever I spoke to it would cost 4,000$ and a two week turnaround ??? I googled it and called around. Basically you can replace the entire sun roof for that price. I ended up taking it to dealerships out of town and got a price 75% lower and a one day turnaround time. This dealership’s service department has some honesty and attitude issues.

Do not get your car from here. We recently purchased a Nissan from this place and it's brought us nothing but problems. Mario, the salesman, is not very helpful either. They took a long time to give us an appointment to fix the A/C, approximately two weeks. Then we go back for another problem (gears hard to shift) and they said 30 day guarantee is expired, and they can't help us. Very unacceptable, accounting that we're paying over 20k for this car. Save your time and money and please go somewhere else.

I’ve tried to come in to purchase 3 vehicles now, all with their own problems. The first time the vehicle service rep took the keys and by the time they received the keys (a week later) they sold the vehicle, I came three times to see this vehicle The second time the vehicle sold before I could test drive it (not mad about this one). However, this last time I scheduled an appt and they couldn’t find the keys, the salesman who I had an appointment with was too busy to help me, and they wanted me to wait so they could show me a similar car. What’s the point in making an appointment? Had I been assisted I would’ve bought the car, as I didn’t need any assistance with financing.

I highly recommend Hoy Family Auto to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. My salesman Danny Sanchez was great and extremely patient with me on my new car purchase. Because of him I will be back for repeat business.

Bad customer service in the service department. I walk in directly to Jennifer’s office and smiled as we made eye contact. She just walked away. I thought she was going to come back. After waiting a while someone else asks if I need help. Apparently Jennifer went out to lunch. I mentioned that to the gentleman assisting me and said that Jennifer could have told me and directed me to do someone else but didn’t say anything. He didn’t apologize or anything. They don’t seem to care much for customer service.

Man the manager of this shop was very rude and has 0 customer service skills. Just because you wear a suit in 100 degree weather does not give anybody the authority to treat someone less than who they are. Carlos is a goat and very helpful though if you are looking to buy a car here.
