William was fantastic! We took the Atlas to be serviced and he kept us updated on the process of the vehicle. Gave recommendations on parts that they could replace. A tire had a slow leak and they found a nail it. Thanks to the tire warranty it was replaced. We are getting ready for a road trip and we feel great about the vehicle.

This place is really terrible. I bought my car here and will definitely not be buying another one from them.I went to go have the clutch replaced in my car and I was quoted $3,300. This is way too much for a clutch replacement.When I explained it was too expensive and I wanted my car back they dropped the price to $2,200 dollars.This was really upsetting. So they are just overcharging people an extra 1100 dollars just for the hell of it? Disgusting.After still not wanting the service I was then forced to pay an expensive diagnostic fee (when I already knew and it was obvious what was wrong with the car — I doubt there was even a diagnostic done) and they tried tacking on an additional 300 dollar charge.Really disappointed. When I bought my car here I thought they were better.I brought my car here because I trusted them, but ended up getting screwed with fees and astronomical prices. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your car here.

This dealer was best dealer I have visited!! I dropped in just before closing and was treated as if I was the first customer of the day. I had an engine service light and was due to make a long on trip to Houston the following morning. The service team took my company car in, scanned for codes, identified the issues and corrected the problems. I can honestly state that other dealers (not just speaking of VW) do not provide this level of customer service. I have been instructed many times to have an appointment and/or come by the following day as they are not taking any additional customers. Many thanks to your team, I thank you, my company thanks you.

The service consultant was very, very helpful. He heard what my issues were and very promptly started working on getting them fixed. Every experience has been an awesome experience.

My service consultant Jennifer Stockman was able to schedule my repair and get it done in the same day! I also appreciated the courtesy shuttle that gave me a ride home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Extremely pleased with the service!

I believe that their not being pushy made us make the decision. I do understand that knowing what we wanted also made things easier for both parties, but. The seller was awesome

My wife took the vehicle in and was nervous about doing so without me. Needless to say, the attending Representative took very good care of her and even called me regarding specific issues related to our Cross Sport, instead of pressuring my wife with those questions. I was very grateful for the help and courtesy we were treated with, especially since we are readying the vehicle for a road trip, and we now have that sense of security and peace of mind knowing it was properly and thoroughly inspected.

That lady Jennifer is so rude, I was talking to her nice but she was just being so sarcastic and calling my bluff. Like I get it you’re having a bad day, but could’ve been more professional.She gave me her card so I can call her if I wanted an update on my car, she never answered. I left her some voicemails , she never got back at me. However there was this guy that really helped me on the phone , I forgot his name , but he was really nice and understanding.

The service is very bad, they take a long time to give you an appointment and when the day arrives they don't check your car, they ask you to leave it. I left my truck on a Monday and they told me it would be ready for Thursday and they would give me a call beforehand, but that didn't happen, I had to call to find out what was happening. They never checked my car and asked me to leave it for another week just so they could check it! The terrible customer service is incredible. Do not service your car in this place ?

Buying process easy. I’m disappointed. I purchased my car September 13 .2023 and I am having major problems. I purchased a 2023 Tiguan with 7 miles on it and the check engine light is on, EPC light is on, my front and side assist lights are on and there’s an error with my remote start. Maybe it’s a manufactured problem but I have nothing to drive, and was told yesterday the earliest appointment was 23 Oct…. UPDATE…. like I said. Dropped My car off 2 Oct23 got It back 9 Oct 23. I was provided a loaner until it was fixed; thanks. Car is running well and hopefully the issue is resolved and no one else has to go through this.

Ms Jennifer was amazing, I got there frustrated, with a bad attitude and she just worked it out. She was polite and responsive the whole time, very supportive and empathetic. This is the second time she saves my life regarding a VW vehicle and I really appreciate her because of her outstanding commitment to just do her job right.

The sale of my new vehicle was fine. Streamlined. Quick and easy. My review is a reflection of service. After buying my new car, my purse and keys were stolen. I’ve called service numerous times in regard to a key fob. I’m always directed to leave a message so I do. Nobody returns the call. This is not how you maintain clients. If I have to have service across town, then I regret not having given them my full business. Management: please deal with your service department swiftly. As it stands, I would not advise others to buy from this dealership because there is no line of continuity. The service component should mirror, if not exceed, the excellency in the sales department.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Lack of customer service. Employees just huddled talking about their party weekend. Tried booking a service appointment in person (service never answers phones) and was told he was booked and his coworker was out on vacation. Was told to contact them in a week. employees went back to talking about partying. Didn't even ask if there was anything we can help you with? The employee assigned to parts was the only professional one who tried to redeem the situation. Unfortunately, there wasn't much he was able to do due to my car needing service.
