I forgot to file my taxes until the last day to submit this year, and since the employees at a Jackson Hewitt a few blocks away were pretty rude about it, I was hoping that H&R Block would be able to take me in on a walk-in. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they didn't make my visit feel burdensome at all! I'm grateful for their assistance this year as they went above and beyond for my mom and I, especially last-minute (literally)! I don't think I'll be going back to JH and will stay with H&R from this experience alone. Thank you again!

My mom went to this location to have her taxes done and the employees working there seemed to be clueless. I went to drop off my mom's forms and gave them her name along with with the papers like they had told me to do and the people who were there looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was there to drop them off. I went back to pick up the papers after the taxes were filed and they looked at me the same way again when I gave them my mom's name and asked for the papers. They seemed confused and took a while to find the papers they had told me to go pick up. Very disorganized.
