Guadalupe, thank you for being patient with us and accepting us as a walk-in.This day, the system glitched and we had to wait a bit longer for everything to return to normal but this wasn't an issue as she got us in and out as soon as the system was up and running!

Walked here with my service dog to use the wifi. I was kicked out after 5 minutes. First the lady tried to say I can't have my service dog with me. Then she changed the story to I'm not a customer. I asked if the sidewalk and parking lot were owned by H and R Block and was told it is public. There were no customers inside.

Online it showed taxes done for under $100 and I ended up pay almost $500 and they said I should get advanced and that didn’t happen either. Tax expert was 27 min late to arrive for appt.
