This place at this time don't know how to do there jobs, they don't know other employees who work there for some reason and they told me someone will contact me, nothing ...they should all be fired.

My tax preparer was very Nice & very knowledgeable. It was quick, easy and I was afraid that I was going to owe; but instead I'm getting a small refund of 300 dollars. Was in and out in 15 minutes.
