“Arrived to get a 16 foot box truck and a vehicle trailer and found the trailer had been taken to Albuquerque the day before. I had used my card to reserve the truck and trailer so I was very disappointed. The staff did coordinate the return of the trailer for the same day and asked me to return later that day to pick up the trailer. Bit of an inconvenience considering we are trying to move, but at least they are making it right.”

“It's actually a hardware store a Mexican hardware store they sell all kinds of trinkets from Mexico quality stuff like harnesses for horses this is where I always go purchase everything for my dogs even though it's horse stuff I just cut the ropes in half and adjust the colours they even sell real life chicks it's really a trip to go there a trip to Mexico without the danger. hehe”

“I had rented a uhual back in May 2019, the experience was excellent!!! I left my 9ft Christmas tree in the truck by accident and they called me a few days later. I was so busy moving I totally spaced it. I called them back in DECEMBER 2019 and asked if by chance they still had it and to my surprise they did!!! They saved my Christmas and I’m forever thankful for them! Thank you to all who work there. HIGHLY recommend this place!”
“Rented a U-Haul from Salt Lake City Utah drove it to Elpaso, Texas or drop off was at postal world. It does sit back and we did not realize that we were bringing it to postal world. The U-Haul place in Utah. Did not explain that to us when we got there and found it, the owner was awesome. He was a real guy. One of the nicest people we met at our stay there. He was able to check it all in. Everything looked great. He was super nice. I was very helpful. I would recommend this as a drop off spot if you’re dropping off in Elpaso, Texas”
“Great customer service, friendly. Owners are great people. As far as the U-Haul rental, the cost per mile plus added gas is expensive. Why can't the cost per mile be cut to half of the $1.09 or no charge when it's in town use? I was moving furniture from Central to the storage on Gateway N Blvd, my cost was $75.21 for mileage and $30.00 in gas. Sure, the truck rental was $29.95 but add the mileage and gas...that's a pretty penny and it was my first time renting a U-Haul. Needless to say, if you need to rent a U-Haul, they are convenient and make your move easier, just prepare to pay a good amount for the convenience.”
“Doing business was smooth. The crew was fast, efficient, accomodating, courteous and professional. Storage unit was super clean and safe. They have nice bathrooms in the office and magazines in the lobby. The only two things I'd knock half a star for would be the truck deposit cost ($150) and their open hours. You have to work their schedule when renting and/or returning a vehicle or else you may be charged for the next day when they reopen. Other than that it's all good.”
