Kind and professional staff! They worked me into their schedule because I was on pins and needles to get my CPAP machine; they gave me thorough instructions and matched my machine/accessories to my personal preferences. I feel I can reach out if I have questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

My daughter needed a portable oxygen concentrator (poc) for a trip. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly (Jeff and Kiko). It was easy to set up the rental and the poc we rented was in great condition and was perfect for our travels. Great company to do business with, highly recommend!

I received a referral from my health insurance company referring me to this location I called the number on the letter to set up an appointment to come into their office. My doctor had put in an order for some equipment that I required for my health. I had called the office and I spoke to Kiko on the phone he was courteous and set up my appointment with in one week's time. When I had arrived there was plenty of parking and the outside resembles Condominiums there are various businesses within this establishment that provide various services. Upon entering the office I was greeted by Kiko who had made the appointment with me on the phone I had an appointment scheduled with Cynthia whom was a respiratory specialist she greeted me with a smile and I proceeded to follow her down the hallway to an office she had offered me water and gave me a selection of equipment to choose from in regards to my health condition she proceeded to explain in detail about the Machining in entail explain it every function and how it was to be used and how it was to be cleaned she didn't assisted me in measurement in regards to the type of respiratory mask I would require she was very helpful and provided excellent customer service she wanted to make sure that I was fully aware that if I needed anything at any time I can call her or call the facility and they would be more than willing to assist me in any way possible that pleased me because you can tell from that point they were there to cater to the needs of their clients I got to choose from a variety of masks that suit my needs what I like the most is that she gave me ample time to take it home try it out for a few days and see if I liked it if not should be more than happy to exchange the mask for a different one that properly fit or that I was more used to or comfortable with I like the fact that they provided excellent customer service and gave me detailed information regarding the machine that I was provided and that I was able to exchange the mask if I needed. This business is privately owned by Cynthia and her husband I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and the brand new equipment I acquired here at this establishment I like the fact that she took the time to explain every aspect of the machine and that if I had any questions at any time that I can contact them that puts my mind at ease especially when there's a lot of business that will just rush you out the door to acquire your business and not think twice about you once they have already service due this is not the case for this place they care about what they do and you can tell they care about their clients and that truly is rare for most businesses I highly recommend HVS for your respiratory medical equipment.
