Garbage batteries. Failed in less than 2 years. Took them in and gave every excuse in the book to not warranty.
Reminds me of the insurance industry. Deny deny deny.
Fyi… you have to take them in for their maintenance or you’re sol.

If you have an interstate battery, be sure to take it here if it isn’ t working or if Auto Zone or O’Reileys says it’s bad or can’t be charged. Interstate is the only place that can properly diagnose. The guys here are great. They’ll take care of you.

Im taking the time today to write a review on the experience I had with Willy at Interstate. He took the time today to test a battery I did not buy from them, also printed out results for a warranty issue to provided to the battery manufacturer. I was willing to pay which he declined repeatedly. I appreciate the time he took. I will be buying my company batteries from them from this day forward. thanks again.

Got a car battery used since bought less than two years. Failed in my Dodge Journey before the weekend. Could charge it, totally dead. Charge was about 6 Volts. Went on Saturday 09 to local Interstate Battery EL Paso distributor and was closed. Went back today Monday 11/11/24and was told the only way to get a replacement was to wait 5 days until Friday because they will try to re charge and test it out. I can not wait 5 days!!!. I was in escence forced to buy a new one on the spot. No warranty or discount whatsoever!!!. This should not be possible. Could not believe this is happening. Any other place is more seamless to fix an issue like this.
