I went to buy a bubulubu chocolate that they were advertising on social media. When I got there I completely forgot what the chocolate was called so I tried explaining to her that it was a chocolate with marshmallow to which she rudely replied 'no'. She then told me that all chocolate were called 'marshmallow' without explaining anything else. I then proceeded to buy a 6 count box of chocolate that is listed for 20 dollars on their website and she charged me 25. She was unprofessional and seemed annoyed the whole time I was there. The place and the chocolates are beautiful but the customer service leaves a sour taste.

I drove 5hrs to try this and I was utterly disappointed. The chocolate itself was terrible and they honestly all taste the same in my opinion I’d give it a 2/10. When I came in to the location no one was up front to greet either and I had to use the restroom so I went in the employee then proceeded to knock on the door like there was a fire after I had said someone was In there it was 2min of nonstop knocking like they were insane. When I came out she said the restroom was not public to which I responded I was gonna make a large purchase and still provided no apology to which she responded a lot of immigrants stop by to try to use the facilities and I asked if I looked homeless or like an immigrant to which she had no response because she knew her behavior was unacceptable. I still decided to buy $85 worth of products to which she gave me no information on nor did she offer a discount after upsetting me maybe put a sign or lock your restroom if it’s too much of an inconvenience to provide customer service. I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone to stop by and I can honestly say I hope they close the business so no one has to be mistreated nor be shown zero compassion if they are immigrants or in a bad situation.

These were gifted to me! Along with another pack with the liquor infused chocolate (those I have not tried) but I can speak for this box. These are so good, I have tried the guayaba, passion fruit and cafe de hoy and they have not disappointed! If you are a chocolate lover, this place is a must try!

The chocolates at this shop are truly exceptional, but what really sets this place apart is the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in until the time I checked out, I felt like I was being treated like a valued friend. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about connecting with their customers, and I truly appreciated the personal touch.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm, they were closed but there was no mention on their page about the new hours. Please update your website hours. Hey it won’t let me respond further to your reply, but if your employee was on lunch, you should put up a sign for us to know… thank you! Once you see this, I’ll take down the review and give your place another try, thanks!

Got to know this place because BMW gave me a box of their chocolate and just became addicted to them. Definitely people need to try them out! I wish I had a nice pic but me and my wife ate them all.

If I are looking for very special and unique chocolates, that showcase the extraordinary flavors of this region, you must try these chocolates! Not only are they beautiful to look at, they taste fantastic and feature distinctive flavors including elote, passionfruit, and Café de Olla. I also highly recommend the dried orange slices dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with chile. The shop also sells wine and delicious olives and other savory snacks. Carmen, the proprietor, is a delight to see, and she is so kind and helpful. This place is a must for locals and visitors alike and the chocolates make great gifts.

Undoubtedly the best chocolate in El Paso and maybe beyond. The chocolate is perfect. PERFECT. The flavors are all very interesting and often unique. The only thing is that it's not super cheap, however I feel like it's worth it and can't wait to go back for more.

Lovely place: the decor, the atmosphere, super friendly owner and petfriendly as well. Yet to come back, but the first chocolate I tasted was a delight. I think it will be one of my favorite spots in EP.

I Have been so eager to try this place. I Have been nearby several times to find them closed. Due to no fault of their own. Today I finally arrived when they were open. I Looked over their chocolates and they look amazing. Sadly they refused to sell me thr 6 for $20 trying to squeeze me to by 12 or 24. Poor service to let me walk out with nothing when your sign offers a 6 piece.
