I am unhappy because I took my car in for a new engine. four months later after calling every day they put my engine in in one day and delivered my car with the check engine light on and a knocking in the new engine. I wished I had a better experience. It is sad when people just do not care.

Throughout all my lifetime experience in the auto marketLand Rover at El Paso have set the Record FOR THE WORST customer service ever !!! They promote their vehicles with FALSE PRICE ADVERTISING wasting the time of serious buyers !!upon spotting a vehicle on their website i contacted them with an offer after refusing to take a single penny off the initial price i gave them a call the day after to still move forward with purchase. Only to figure out that they now want 4 grand on top of the initial asking price.Please figure out the actual desired price for the vehicle before uploading it online.

Bought a new Jaguar F-Pace in March 2023. It turned out to be a lemon. The brakes stopped working, the brake lights and then turn signals stopped working. We took the vehicle immediately back to Jaguar to get serviced and they kept saying it worked. We took it back 4 times for the same issues because when we drove it everything continued to fail and brake failed to engage. Fast forward to now in August 2023. They have had our vehicle for 3 months without giving us answers and we continue to have to pay for a vehicle that we haven’t had and haven’t been able to drive. Frank the service manager said we could use him as punching bag but he fails to see the real issue at hand which is the vehicle safety. Now they’re supposed to buy back the vehicle but we continue to wait and wait for 3 months now for a result or resolution. Consumer service was also informed but yet still no resolution. To the owner Mr. Garcia I would like a call back since you also fail to answer and return our phone calls. You have failed as a dealership and you have failed as a company. Worst experience we have ever had buying new vehicles.

Worst customer service a dealership can have to include the General Manager Johnny Pattison, instead of working with customers to fix the issue, he is arrogant and rude. I purchased a vehicle in Aug. 2022 by February 2023 I was already having problems. Service claimed there was nothing wrong with vehicle. I called service department left voicemails and no one ever returned my call. Vehicle left me stranded, had to use roadside assistance. They've had my vehicle for 2 months and have failed to resolve the issue. They've called me 3 times that my vehicle is ready and every-time I pick it up there's the existing and additional issues. After supposedly doing several quality checks and claiming that's why it took so long. Had to make unnecessary car rental expenses because their techs are incompetent of finding the problem the first time and in a reasonable amount of time. After they told me they adjusted the brakes to get rid of one of the noises the vehicle had, the brakes started squeaking, which had never happened before and they claimed I needed new brakes and I had to pay for them. This was the 3rd time around! After they messed with them to try and fix the problem and I wasn't even advised, I had been told the vehicle was ready! AGAIN. They just told me because I asked if they had fixed the issue they caused in the first place. I refused to pay for new brakes and asked to speak to the manager and it took him 2 weeks for a five minute phone call, which ended in him hanging up the phone on me and telling me they were not fixing the brakes and the vehicle would be towed to my home. That's how they treat their customers. So much for 5-star customer service and top of the line. This team is unbelievably incompetent and rude. Will pursue further actions.

I do not have the words to thoroughly describe how horrible the service department is. I've taken my vehicle 3 times in the span of a week and a half because the AC went out. They don't bother to thoroughly check what the root cause of the problem is the FIRST time; Nor the second apparently. Fast forward to the 3rd time..on July 17th, I take it in because again, the AC stopped working in 110 degree weather. I went 3 days without communication on the status of the repairs. Since then, I've been promised call backs that til this day, have not come. My husband and I have to call them to inquire and they continue to promise that "they'll let me know".After my husband had some stern conversations with the service manager, they finally agreed to give me a rental on the 21st because my husband was leaving town and I was in need of a vehicle. I call on the 26th and specifically requested that they contact me directly on an update...TWICE!! The advisors apparently do not know how to follow instructions because they proceeded to contact my husband who was unable to answer because he's on a business trip. Come today the 27th, I call again to inquire about the repair and I get the "I'll contact you in a half hour"..Almost 4 hours later, still no update.Update July 28th... still no update.UPDATE July 29th...STILL no update..Update July 31st.. My husband finally spoke to someone and reset expectations that the part was ordered but would not be here until 8/4.Update August 4th. A Sales person had the audacity to call my husband to try to get him to go in and check out new inventory since it has been 3 years since we last purchased our vehicle. The sales person received quite the earful, I tell you what.UPDATE August 7th.. STILL NO CAR...and SURPRISE!!!! NO UPDATE TODAY!! I can clearly see that my car has not moved in over a week through my Land Rover app and after passing by the dealership, it is parked on the side of the service department where its been sitting there since 7/31.

The Dealership staff were very helpfull and curteous when my Husband and I entered the building. The General Manager and The Finance Manager were wonderful to deal with. The Salesman could do with some training of some sort. This is a LUXURY car dealership..we should be called by our name - not "Hey Guys"...not very professional. It is also the first Dealership that I have not been shown around , wasn't even shown where the Service Dept is . I will still give the Dealership 5* because one person , should not bring everyone else down. As I said, more training is needed in a few areas for the Sales Person - besides that we had a great ecperience.# Proud owner of a 2023 Jaguar F-Pace.

Called the Service Dept. to schedule service. Nobody ever answered. This went on for several days. Finally, a woman answered. Completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was bothering her. I called the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Kansas, where I purchased my car, and told them about this and they were shocked. Too bad Wichita is too far to drive for service. I have found several shops in El Paso that work on diesel Jaguars. They've got my business

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS DO NOT BUY.This is the second vehicle I buy from them same experience. If their upper management is not customer focused nor will the employees. You have to set up an appointment with parts and services and after weeks of rescheduling they never service my vehicle. I am disgusted with how much money I have invested with them and what I get in return. They lost a good customer taking my money somewhere else.

The entire staff at Jaguar El Paso is great and their customer service is amazing. My wife purchased from here and overall had a wonderful experience.I have been getting my Jaguar serviced here and their work has been great and affordable considering it is a high end dealership.Recently my Jaguar was dumping coolant and I immediately contacted the service department and they told me to bring it in right away. Despite how busy their service department is, they were able to diagnose and fix my car within a few days. Joe the service advisor kept me updated of the status of my car, clearly quoted the work being performed and even threw in a complimentary service. I will not trust any other service department to take care of my cars.

DO NOT BUYWorst experience with a vehicle of my life. I’ve had my Jaguar for 1 yr and a half and I’ve only driven it 8 months since the other 8 months the vehicle has been At the agency shop or not driving correctly. Customer service throughout this ordeal hasn’t been the most comforting either, it feels as they are doing me a favor by fixing my car that has been a dud. They have returned my car 3 times and all three times it had to go back… my friends warned me about this type of vehicle and they were right.
