Joi has been helping my mother, sister, and I find the perfect jewelry for years. She is wonderful and always willing to help when in a pickle. After some terrible service at Sunland Park, she was able to help us with some broken earrings and put charms on our bracelets when Sunland Park refused to. Thank you Joi! We will be returning to only Cielo Vista from now on!

A true Texas Icon Jeweler who designs and produces in Kerrville, Texas, near San Antonio.
We're so lucky to have a small store and showroom here in El Paso at CieloVistaMall.
Go and be amazed and know when you spend your money there it stays and pays local.

This place in El Paso is great and the artisan designs are so unique and varied that you find something for everyone I think. The employees here have been really nice and attentive each time too! I sometimes buy gifts from here for my real estate clients after they’ve closed on a home because their prices are also pretty great. Definitely recommended.

Customer service is substandard. Joy and Sam treated me like a thief and employees were just standing around chit chatting instead of helping, the attitude was very displeasing. Being returning customers of this James Avery we are very disappointed and will stop going.

Classy little jewelry shop, mainly dealing in silver which I personally love. They are also an authorized Pandora dealer so that is a plus. They also have a variety of life alert charms as well in case you need em.

Was told a pick up time and stood in line to be told it wasn’t ready. Waited in line again to finally get my jewelry. Customer service is lacking. I shouldn’t have to wait in line 3 times.

This store has lost it's customer service. No one was inside the store and no one greeted me. A tall lady w/ glasses, and long gray hair was very rude! It looked like she was bothered I was even there. A friend of mine had the same issue earlier this year with that same lady and decided not to buy anything because of her. I decided to go to the mini James Avery kiosk instead inside of Dillard's. they attended me much better there. Not returning this store ever again.
