I had a awful experience at 1st with a sales lady I was so unhappy with my ring that sized to big and a tennis bracelet that the clap would break and would turn black I just was miserable. Then one Sunday Reese a new manager from Austin saw I was just not happy. Wow she went above and beyond to make everything right. She was amazing she made me feel special and her knowledge with the jewelry was on point. She made everything better! Thank you Reese!

I was assisted by Ceci at the El Paso, TX location and cannot praise her customer assistance and quality assurance enough. She went above and beyond to help me after having my engraving erased from a resizing in my engagement ring. She is extremely professional, but also empathetic and friendly.

Was celebrating my 5 year anniversary and wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring and Ceci and William helped me out and took their time helping me find the perfect ring never once felt rushed and loved the experience thank you guys for making my experience awesome!!!!

Tanya was the most amazing sales representative I’ve ever encountered. She made me feel super comfortable and had a complete comprehensive knowledge of what I was purchasing. Tanya Johnson made the experience amazing she knows her trade and made sure I pick some pieces that would look amazing together ( chain pendant). I being a costumer for 8 yrs and they never failed on making sure that when I leave the store I'm happy costumer.

I wish i would've read the negative reviews before hand. Horrible store to say the least. Tanya one of the managers on shift loves to talk down on her customers by bragging about how she paid her Porsche cash and throwing money in your face which makes you feel like no ones ever going to amount to nothing or cant afford the items sold. She loves to brag about taking customers hard earned money. The amount of money spent on jewelry here is outrageous! If i had the chance to upload all service invoices I've had with this company i would!!! The "gold" is basically dripped sterling silver. Very cheap for high end prices... Please please i ask anyone thinking of purchasing items here to think twice about it.

There was two parts ot the situation. To start off one ring was only replaced no charge to us that was correct. We were told we had to wait 3 months for both rings to come in, they arrived but my wife was only able to bring home one ring due to incorrect information beating around the bush and poor customer service. There's been times were we walk in there and you and your staff see dollar signs with other customers when we've been faithful customers for almost 2 years. The inspections for the jewelry bought has caused the items to turn weak or dull over time and this is why we are here today. Replacing or repairing jewelery every 3 months isn't logical. They said they want to make your dreams come true and this jewelery last a lifetime I beg to differ. Thank you for your time but being lied to by both managers on shift isn't going to happen to us ever again. Very unreliable, can't trust you whatsoever. After many purchases we did there. Never again..

John Reyes was so helpful! He really took care of my Fiancé and I. We love our engagement and wedding bands. We couldn’t have asked for anyone else to help us pick out the perfect ring. Strongly recommend to have him help you out in picking out anything.
