I ordered some boots for my daughter through these people on Amazon and have not received the item more than 2 1/2 weeks later after paying for expedited shipping. I attempted to contact them through Amazon to resolve; however, they did not reply to 2 requests. They had no problem creating the shipping label and immediately charging for these even though no package was ever sent to USPS for shipping only the "pre-shipment" info. I did leave feedback on Amazon; however, Amazon removed this saying it was not the fault of the seller which it most definitely is. The USPS never received a package for shipment. I was not surprised to read the other review here with the same issue. BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered Shoes back in October 2018 and it's February 2019 and still haven't received them yet they took my money. Bad business will never order from here again and your are unable to contact them they never answer there phone and will not respond to emails.
