The team was great! Mike Adrian and Raoul (Fries) were friendly, professional, and careful with our stuff. Definitely the best moving team I’ve ever worked with. Mr. Ferguson was so kind and patient. He even changed our moving date after a family emergency with any extra fee or hassle. I recommend this company 100%!

Worst movers I ever used and I’ve moved 9 times prior. My furniture was moved twice before getting to me. Half of my things were broken. They left things behind and I did not receive eveything they picked up. I would not recommend them. When I called I was told I had to report anything broken or missing before the truck left. With a mountain of boxes to go through that was impossible. The men hired on delivery stacked heavy boxes on fragile broken. I lost half or more of my crystal.

I was impressed how just two men were able to move all our furniture! They were so professional and so careful with all our belongings. They were punctual and reliable, couldn’t ask for anything more!

On the recommendation of my family law attorney, I hired Ferguson Moving & Storage who provided excellent service on short notice. Ferguson movers were very polite, very careful as to not damage items being moved and home property. Very punctual and pricing was reasonable, very reasonable compared to other businesses on the west side of El Paso. Thank you guys for your great service!

I have used this company for several years. It is, by far, the best moving company in El Paso. They are prompt and reliable. They take great care of the items being moved. Also, the movers are courteous and professional. Moreover, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I have waited to make this post because I wanted to ensure ample time for the company to make it right.
In April I scheduled our move from El Paso to California with John Ferguson Moving and Storage. They came out gave a quote that was the most reasonable quote I could find. Another family had used them to load and said they had done an awesome job and so I went with it.
They also offered a cleaning ($500) and a month of free storage (I had already planned to pay for storage so this was helpful). We were moving into a new house and wouldn’t know exactly when it would be done.
When they came to pack up our items at the end of May, we were all set. I labeled places that didn’t need to be packed with tape and made clear everything else needed to go. The packers were ATROCIOUS! I have never had anyone pack so unorganized. They went around from room to room seemingly just throwning things in boxes (my mom was there not me, I had to work). My husband was already gone and I was left with my 4 kids to get this done. When I came home they had arrived at 11 left at 4 and less than half of my home was in boxes (it was supposed to be a two day pack).
They came back the next day (it seemed the crew had trouble knowing who was in charge) they were to finish packing and load the truck. When I came home I found 4 boxes upstairs, my back yard with stuff all spread around, it was such a mess. They were supposed to come clean the next day. I called and said then they came to clean they needed to bring a truck to pick up the rest of the stuff. They asked if they could change the day for the cleaning because they had been at our home “so late” the night before. I was accommodating. I came to the home the next day the person that came to take the rest of my items had to be told MULTIPLE times what to take (which was EVERYTHING) ?
Then I waited to have the home clean. They did a mediocre job at best, not worth $500. They were there from about 12-3. I just let it go, at this point I was just happy to have the house packed.
In the Middle of May our construction company said they could have our home ready by the end of June. I called the company and requested our items be delivered June 29th. The week before the Ferguson’s called me asking if they could move UP my delivery. I said no idt so because my closing date was the end of June, but that I’d ask. I responded to them that I needed to keep the original date. The day before 6/28 they called telling me they had a problem with my stuff fitting and if they could move my delivery to the following Monday, I said “no I need my stuff on our date” (at this point I’m wondering how they barely figured out they had a problem) they said something about having the driver of choice. They said okay work with us we can deliver a majority of the items and just keep our the bikes and a grill cause it doesn’t fit and then bring those on Monday 7/1. I said fine. (BIG MISTAKE) I should have let them hold it and get the money they would have owed for every day delayed because we are now almost to 8/1 missing our other items with no future date of delivery.
It’s kind of weird too because we got all my husbands tools EXCEPT his Milwaukee drill, I have my rug padding, no rug, my picture frames and work out mirror but not my art work.
Not to mention how many items were ruined because the packers had done such a horrible job.
Anyway if you made it this far DO NOT USE John Ferguson Moving and Storage!

I was disappointed that only two workers came.. I called and a third showed up about three hours after the move started. We had disgusted price and it was estimated to be around $600 the bill ended up being over $1,300.00. After a day of unpacking boxes we found that some of the furniture had been damaged. I called them and had to leave a message and asked them to send someone to repair it and they never returned my call.

They assisted me in moving a piano and were able to accommodate me in very short notice. Mike helped me to obtain a quick quote, and scheduling the move. While there was a bit of a wait time as soon as the movers showed, everything went by pretty quick. The moving team were super courteous and professional. Will definitely consider them in the future. Thank you!!

From the initial inquiry of services (received a call over the weekend) until the job was completed, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism, promptness and pricing. Unfortunately this was too good to be true. They answered the phone quickly and gave a fast quote/estimate and a quick booking date. They hooked me with a good price and I accepted their services. Day of moving comes and the quote was way off, I was charged double what I was quoted because it took twice as long as I was told it would take. I dont have anything against the workers, they were good ppl, but sending older ppl and injured ppl to move a four bedroom house with stairs and heavy furniture was not ok. Moving my furniture took 6 hrs instead of 3. I emailed to get a full review of services and I have yet to hear back. I appreciate that they moved my stuff, but not happy about the price. Over $1000 for a local move!!!!

John Ferguson Moving & Storage was literally the answer to our prayers.
My daughter and son-in-law had an horrific moving experience with another moving company who left about a third of the contents of their 3-bedroom home behind because it exceeded their over-the-phone estimate of their weight limit.
My daughter had to report to her new job, so my husband and I told her we'd take care of getting the remainder of the contents of their home to them.
We began our planning process to rent a truck, load it, and drive it to them from El Paso to North Carolina... until we received a flyer in my daughter's mailbox for John Ferguson Moving & Storage. Whether it was fate, or divine intervention, our prayers were answered. Mike provided an on-sight estimate and gave a very fair quote.
I'm sorry that I did not get the names of the gentleman who helped with the first part of the move, but on Super Bowl Sunday, they showed up and did an outstanding job packing up the rest of the house. They never complained about carrying bookshelves and heavy items down a narrow staircase, and they were most appreciative of the meal we provided them; great group of guys!
The second part of the move was just completed. Marcus and his crew delivered and set up the items. The hardware for mounting the television was misplaced during the move, and these gentleman went and purchased a kit to mount the television for them.
My daughter is pregnant, and the help these gentleman provided her and my son-in-law is so greatly appreciated!
We are so satisfied with this moving company, that we have scheduled a local move with them for next week.
Thank you, Mr. Ferguson, Mike, Marcus, and ALL of the crew that helped with both moves. We TRULY appreciate you!
