Absolutely impossible to get ahold of. Its been almost 2 months since we placed our order. Our check has not hit our account. Im concerned our order has been lost. My son needs his cap and gown for graduation and we have a rogue check floating around. Ive emailed 3x with no answer and they never answer their phones.

I placed an order for my son and RECEIVED NOTHING!! I’ve called, left messages, and sent emails without response for a refund! (Btw, my son has already graduated).

I dealt with this company so many times as far as getting the invitations and I barely got them today 6/13/2025 when graduation was back on 05/23/2025! On top of that they were blank inside!! Where the hell is my refund!!?? What’s the excuse, oh yeah I was told it was due to printing supply issues!! I would highly advise not to do business with this company! You guys really screwed this up! Not like my child can redo graduation!! Pathetic company!! Zero communication! The local person lacked the ability to answer emails, return phone calls and couldn’t even take the time to address the issue!! I better get my money back!!!!

Horrible Experience
Reached out for info on my order at least 10 times, called, emailed, called corporate (they didn’t get ahold of them too) with no response - it took from August to May to get my whole order. Graduation announcements were too late to mail. Glad that I’ll never have to do business with them ever again.

I ordered my daughter’s cap and gown, rhinestone tassel and invitations. Cap and gown came early April, no additional tassel or invites. I went to the physical location twice and it was closed. The school has given me the personal number of the person in charge of that campus and she never answers. The graduation is in 1 1/2 weeks. To add to that, there still some kids at the school missing already paid for caps and gowns. Don’t do business with these people! Schools do not promote this business for your seniors!!!

I order a cap n gown with a few invitations for my son upcoming graduation. We'll in March 2025 i only received his cap n gown but never received his invitation. Graduation is in 3 weeks and finally I was able to get a hold of them so that they can telling me they order their invitation supplies from Canada and that they still have not received them. No follow up, previously before it was that they would be delivering them to the school. I keep emailing company an receive no response from owner or staff. I don't recommend people ordering from this company horrible service.

What is going in with this company!!! April 17th was the day scheduled for delivery of cap/gowns and graduation packages. My senior only received their cap and gown and no package. Said it was due to “tariffs” wth!! I have trying to reach out via email and phone and they are NEVER available! Have left multiple messages and no answer!! This is ridiculous !! We are a month away from graduation and i don't have any invites!!! I paid $300 for this package!! Need answers!!

If I could give zero stars I would. On November 1st 2024 I paid the total $210.05 for cap, gown and graduation stationary. I did not order through the school. I ordered through the website specifically because I did not want my order to have anything to do with the school somehow I still (without any notification) was advised that on April 9 we could come and pick up the order at the school. On April 9, when I arrived to the school the only thing available for pick up was the cap, gown and tassel, none of the stationary. I don’t know if it’s poor management or they just don’t care since they already received all of their money. We were told that in two weeks the stationary should arrive. It is now May 1st and graduation is June 9, and we still have no idea when the rest of our order will be there. No one has reached out to at minimum apologize. It’s evident from the other reviews that this is not an is isolated incident. I’m not sure if this company takes into consideration that they are also serving the military community many of whom friends and families need time to prepare and getting a graduation invitation less than a month before graduation is unacceptable.

Been trying to order cap , gown, stole and never answer the phone. The one time they did answer placed and order several months ago and the lady on the phone was very rude, as if they were doing me a favor, did not return the call, did not charge my card. Order status unknown.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My niece bought her cap and gown and the whole package that cost over $300 When she went to go pick it up at school they adviced her that the store never delivered her cap and gown. She called the store to see when she could pick it up and they told her that they had gotten rid off all the cap and gowns for that year already and that she couldn’t nothing about it!! And of course mi nieces money was never refunded This place needs to be shut down!! Or reported for thieves

This company is trash! I don’t know if it’s bad management or they just don’t care since they service most if not all schools, so they know they will get paid anyways. But my child was supposed to receive a cap and gown with invitations today which I ordered BACK in August 2024, which my child didn’t receive today because SUPPOSEDLY it was lost during shipping “ALLEGEDLY “. They don’t even know when it will come in. Also SUPPOSEDLY they were going to email us today with the details of where and when it would come in, which they haven’t. How is this acceptable when I paid LAST year August. Also when I paid they charged me an EXTRA $20 without me knowing. I eventually caught on to it and demanded a refund and asked why they did this. All they said was sorry, it was a mistake. Hopefully they figure this out! if you can avoid doing business with this company, DO IT!

Did you all know that the schools have been having nothing but problems with Jostens company who does the cap and gowns and grad packages. I have an email that I’m going to provide in this post showing that my gown and cap are going to be available for pick up today and they are not and the owner is saying that she’s not signing the emails. They’re just automatic email so they’re just sending emails and giving false information I Paid on time and everything but because they lost 4 box 25 students are in this situation have photos booked Monday graduation is June 9th and no cap and gown no invites to send out to our families out of state. I’m so upset. Leaving with no refund or items because Ms mata doesn’t want to deal with the situation she instead had the school coordinator deal with me this place is an absolute joke. You can buy real hold cheaper too at jay or zales btw they over charge and don’t know how to run the company or know how to take ownership or accountability WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE already stressful with my first born graduating btw
Update: …they now have lost 60 students cap and gown packages and the owner said it’s due to tariffs and then said it’s due to other students paying late…. So ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY jostens company is the worst

Why is this place still in business? They clearly don’t take care of their customers. And after seeing the reviews I’m not the only one who feels this way! We have been waiting for our cap and gown to ensure they fit. No answer. No regard for these students graduating in TWO MONTHS. Out package was paid in Sept. nothing has been delivered. So disappointed.
