Terrible customer service received recently at this location. No manners by employee nor “manager” in charge. No apologies for treating a customer terrible due to error on price of shoes on display. I indicated to the employee that sale price tag was $39.99 and that the $50 something charged at the register by her had to be incorrect. She first stated “Yeah well those are the taxes” wow. I stated taxes were not over $12. She then flat faced stated well someone must have placed wrong tag. I stated someone? The sale price tags are placed securely. This tag was placed by an employee not SOMEONE. She was upset and extremely annoyed and when manager was called in, same. No apologies, no eye contact, and money was refunded with a statement of, “money will not be returned for around 3 days.” Sad that people do not care about their jobs and are placed in a location “helping” customers without having any customer service skills.
