The Gentlemen treated me like if I call the towing company every day! It was raining and when he contacted me on the phone he had a lot of noise that made it impossible for me to hear what he was saying. Anyways. Poor service! I have used this service way in the past and it was an excellent service. Unfortunately one person makes the difference.

Honestly the moment I called they picked up no hold then they spoke both languages (English & Spanish) and were really fast! I would recommend when you’re stuck at El PasoServices: Car towing

I work with a household goods moving company. We had a customer who wanted their car shipped along with their household goods. We hired Kamel to pick up the car from the customer's residence and tow it to our warehouse. Their driver didn't know what he was doing. He put the customer's car up the tow truck ramp and dropped the key fob into the passenger seat of the car. By the time the driver arrived at our warehouse with the car, it was locked. The driver was going to break into the car to get the key fob out. We wouldn't allow it. He called his office and a second driver was sent to our warehouse. We called our employee at the customer's house to get the second key fob and bring it to our warehouse. The driver told us it was our fault the car locked because our employee used a second key fob to lock the car after the driver closed the door. I checked with our customer and she said she had the second key fob and she never locked the car's door. Then the driver said the second key fob doesn't work so he has to break in. I checked with our customer, she said both key fobs work. The tow driver said there wouldn't be any damage to the car if he jimmied it. Except he wasn't going to use professional equipment. He had a pole about 1 cm thick and bent it to make a hook and wanted to force entry. He also tried to tell us that we told them the car doesn't run, but we never did, it runs fine. The two drivers didn't want to wait for our employee, but our employee was only a few minutes away by this time. Then they wanted to change the invoice to a higher price to charge us for waiting time. We refused the higher price because it was their fault the key fob was locked into the car. We were willing to pay the previously agreed price, but not the increased waiting time. Again they tried to argue the earlier points and then added that the car wouldn't lock if the key fob is inside it. I checked with the owner and she said it will lock with the fob inside. They argued everything they could to tell us it was our fault. Then, after our employee was here with the second fob, and unlocked the door with it, they said they were going to take the car back to the owner instead. They drove off with the car. Then their office called me and said they were bringing it to their yard and impounding it and we would have to pay for the first transport, the second transport to their yard, and the impound fee. When my boss got to their impound lot there was a man in the office we hadn't spoken with yet, he charged the original charge plus waiting time. He said the driver told him we refused to pay the invoice. Since the vehicle was being released at their yard and not at our warehouse, I consider the service not rendered but charged for anyway in addition to waiting time that wasn't our fault. I will never do business with Kamel again and suggest that no one else ever uses them. Very bad customer service.

The gentleman who brought my car was very nice and very professional but I had talked to the Secretary of letting her know that I was going to pay with a credit card and she told me that was okay when he came and dropped off my car he told me his machine was not working and I had to pay cash so I had to go to my local bank and get the money out very unprofessional

Amazing Experience!!! I needed help with a tire change because when I tried it went horribly wrong. I called Kamel Towing and first off the lady who answered the phone was really nice! She was able to answer my questions and gave me a price up front and the price she said is what I paid. She dispatched someone right away and told me they would be there in 30 min. The gentleman showed up sooner, he exceeded expectations. Cesar was able to change my tire super fast, but more importantly he was very professional and informative. He informed me about how to properly use my spare, which I really appreciated. Once he left, my car wouldn’t turn on anymore. At this point I lost it, I was an emotional mess. I called back and asked them to send him back, and he indeed came back. I was amazed by the compassion and kindness he showed me. He reassured me everything was going to be ok and he would help me. Apparently my battery was dead, he jumped my car and I was able to get my car back on. Cesar exceeded the expectations I had, he went above and beyond and was patient with me. Thank you so much Kamel Towing and Cesar for helping me on this difficult day. I will definitely be using then next time in a bind and will be recommending them to everyone who asks.Service: Tire change

This company victimized a man twice. After his car was stolen, they charged him appropriately $800 to retrieve his vehicle. They also failed to provide him with documentation that they took the steps in contacting him via certified mail, which is a step they are legally required to take. I get it, this is a business but the complete lack of decency is just disgusting.
