I’ve been to this store on two separate occasions, and both times I was greeted by a welcoming smile from Tatiana. She took her time to explain the different collections and how the color bar works. She recommended a beautiful necklace for my mother’s birthday and not once did I feel pressured to buy like in other stores. I will definitely be coming back!

The store is absolutely beautiful. Customer service was amazing. I was helped by Tatiana and another floor manager I believe. Very kind and helpful. They were both very detailed about the different collections available. Tatiana had a lot of patience because I had a lot of questions! ❤️

I went in last week for some holiday shopping. I wasn’t sure what to buy for my wife . The staff was very helpful during my visit and very open minded to what would look amazing. I trusted their thoughts and opinions on the jewelry I was purchasing because of their friendly attitude and their positive gestures. I really appreciated shopping at this location . I will come back again to purchase more for family members and etc.
I want to thank the staff for such a friendly customer service experience.

Today me and my mom went to the Kendra Scott store we were really excited to go because it the only store they have here of Kendra Scott and we're really big fans of her jewelry . But we were met with two associates they were two girls . They were very rude did even bother to help us they were just watching us as if we were going to steal the jewelry and everytime we would have a question they would respond rudely . We found this very classiest of their part . My question is who hired these girls and is this the type of customer service this company is hires classiest and hypocritical people . I wouldn't recommend going here if you want a good experience I suggest buying the jewelry online or Dillards. Thank you

I had a horrible experience today, and this was the first time I have ever visited a Kendra Scott store and I wanted to go in person to see everything instead of shopping online. This young lady treated me like I was absolutely worthless and couldn’t afford anything in the store. The rudeness was like all the worker were better than me left me with a horrible feeling. Then after my husband told me to pick something for my birthday and not to worry about it. I made my finally selections and the girl at the registered said just the earring again like I couldn’t afford anything with this horrible look on her face. I simply and sweetly said no also the other 3 necklaces. She almost had a look of shock I was spending more money. Then after putting my information in she ask will you be using your birthday coupon . I told her yes, very snotty she said of course. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS STORE LET ALONG I MIGHT NEVER SHOP WITH KENDRA SCOTT AGAIN. I just can’t not believe the way we were treated.
