Yesterday we bought a fill up box my husband and I got sick food intoxication. I had to visit ER still not feeling well ?.My 12month baby eat little to am just worry hoping he doesn't get sick. NEED to be more careful on ur food. Will never eat it again in life.

Asked and paid for extra chicken on my famous bowl n got regular amount...stood in line 15min just to give up on the slow lady at register. There goes my lunch break ?

Chicken wasn't ready, they did tell me beforehand so I do appreciate that. Took about 10 min or 15 for my 8 pc meal. Order was taken wrong but it was corrected later on. Was patient with handling my food and charging.

The slowest crew I have ever seen. You order for pick-up, and it tells you an estimated time it'll be ready. You get there, and you still have to wait another half hour because they haven't started on your order. I'd understand if it was busy, but it's slow as heck.

I've only been here twice. However, I won't be returning. The first time, I was met by a smart-alek with my mobile order about my name. "So what's that G for? It doesn't stand for nothing?". The employee asked for my name, and I responded with my first name, to which he pointed at the "G" initial on the receipt and responded with that remark as he handed me my bag and closed the window on my confused face. Like, chill, my guy, I didn't know I had to provide my full government name for my chicken. The fries were good, and the chicken was soggy as all hell. It went in the trash. I figured it was a bad shift, so I went back a day later to get my fried chicken craving. Again, mobile order. I show up, they ask for my name, and I give my whole government name just in case. They asked me to pull to the front to wait for my order. I waited while I was on a call. I finished a whole consultation regarding the naturalization of legal resident aliens under special situations regarding U.S.-based companies sponsoring employees who are from other countries. Yep, it took that long. I'm sure they forgot I was waiting or something related to that. The chicken was hella greasy. Again, it went in the trash. Service wasn't bad, but cmon. I just went to Popeyes instead.

Couldn't take the time to make our order right. They were out of BBQ sauce for the wrap so instead of getting more they just put a pinch and told me i have to pay for a sauce pack.... It's my money . I don't have to give it to them. Not going

Unfortunately, we ordered from this store through the app, but due to a glitch, we were charged twice. The manager refused to accept any responsibility, would not give us your money back or even give a gift card of equal value. The app offers no recourse either. Apparently the manager does not understand that she represents KFC and has a responsibility to represent them for purchases submitted to their local store. Purchase made 12:02pm 1/15/24. They didn't give us the 2 orders, 1 of which we did not want. But we were not about to throw it away since they refused to refund our money. It went to the refrigerator to be left overs for another day. Yeah, we cannot afford to waste stuff.

Don't visit this KFC. Waited over an hour for tenders. When asked to speak to a supervisor, the girl who came to the desk was rude and confrontational. I watched customer after customer walk out empty handed or come back with an incorrect order. The general manager needs to get her team together. Leaving a group of kids to operate the store with a poor leader shouldn't happen.

Went there on 12/30/23 at 9 and besides the wait for the food which is totally worth it I got served with straight up just mineral water when I ordered a starry soda, I ordered thru drive thru and when they gave me the food o told them about the possibility of the syrup not being connected to the machine right and asked if I could get it change, they told me I could go down and get it from the soda machine in the lobby. People need to get trained on how to be polite with people and learn more customer service.
