I was extremely irritated and left the store in a bad mood. I went to Kohl’s on a recent evening, asking an employee in the women’s department for help finding an item. Instead of assisting me, she responded with a dismissive attitude—rolling her eyes and acting like my request was a bother. Her behavior was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. I left feeling frustrated and completely unvalued as a customer. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

The Khol’s store at Bassett center is clean. However, there is not enough associates to assist you. Also, there was only one cashier.

A little upset since yesterday trying to buy the 4" memory foam topper when we went to store it's a huge set back it's 2" of topper and 2" of memory foam that's a horrible advertising strategy

Plus items upstairs, no signs. Nobody to help me, four workers hanging out at a closed register. Restroom signs confusing. I irritated a staff member on her phone, by asking her where to get rung up. ‘Downstairs’ was her terse reply. Never again.

Absolutely loved this Khol's because of Gloria Sanchez at Sephora. I hope she gets recognition from her higher ups. She was so sweet and helpful. It was actually my first time here and I will be back just because of her. She was also kind to my little ones. I always get nervous to go in make up stores because the way I view myself. But I left with confidence after the way she spoke to me and treated me. Thank you for being you girly!?????
