It's rare that a company exceeds expectations anymore and Krystal Jean's did just that. I ordered 2 pairs of Jean's. They didn't have one of them in stock. They emailed me right away, sent another pair that was almost exactly the same and a gift for the inconvenience. The Jean's are what I wanted and the gift was a nice touch. Shipping was quick and the fact they sent me an email and communicated about the issue, was nice. Will definitely buy from them again.

Merchandise is good. The people working there are terrible. Standing literally right behind you. And a mask is supposed to be worn over your nose. If your asking me to wear one then Don't make excuses as to why you wear tours wrong.
