It's a shame, the room is dirty, the bathroom doesn't feel like using it.
No towels even though we requested 4 guests are paid and there are only 2 towels
The external cleaning staff was very friendly but he couldn't solve it (too bad)
And then they sent an endless and poorly done survey, I tried to fill it out to complain but the end never came ??
They offer you breakfast. No, the apples were good.
Rooms: Very bad
Food and drinks: Lousy

Smit doesn't do his job or when he does incorrectly, it seems the Wyndham has hired someone with no experience and is to naive to admit failure.

We were in the process of checking in and our little one needed to use the bathroom. We went to the public restroom on the 1st floor near the breakfast area. It was SO FILTHY. We went back to the lobby and I started to glance around noticing just how dirty the lobby and breakfast area was. We decided to leave and not stay the night. We have stayed in other La Quintas that are very nice. This one needs some attention and elbow grease.

If you are on the way is probably the best place to stay if you need only a place to sleep and recover energy the beds are great

My stay at La Quinta Inn was exceptional, thanks in large part to Elizabeth! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She greeted me with a warm smile and provided such attentive service – it truly felt like a personalized experience. Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave fantastic recommendations that made my trip so much better. The rooms were spotless, and the amenities were top-notch, but it’s Elizabeth’s hospitality that really sets this place apart. If you’re staying in town, La Quinta Inn is the way to go – and make sure to say hi to Elizabeth! She’s a gem!
