This location is LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than the one I usually go to. I always make an appointment. At this location, I waited less than 5 minutes compared to the usual 35 minutes (and that's WITH an appointment). The girl who took my blood was both sweet and competent. Additionally, I was able to pay an outstanding bill with my credit card at the Check-in kiosk at this location. It was so easy. The location I usually go to told me that they couldn't take payment unless I had the paper bill with me. So ridiculous. Would definitely go to this location again.

Went for first time to this Lab. The online check in had the incorrect ins. Info. The reception window is closed off with chairs, so no privacy. They checked me in. They call for you from behind a closed door. Some people were confused about where to go, as the staff is so unhelpful.
The phlebotomist told me “next, you will proceed to do a urine specimen.” Then when I asked for the container, she said “it’s right there, I TOLD you”, as if I was a child! Then she told me to “PAY ATTENTION” so I would know where to leave the specimen! Really? Won’t be going back there!

I came in today to a drug test for my job. I was told I had 3minutes to do my test and as I was in the bathroom one of the staffs tried to open the door not once but twice while I was in the bathroom. I find that very uncomfortable and highly inappropriate. Trying to open the door then knock after is not acceptable. I understand that there’s other people waiting to do their tests and what not too, but that action did not ma ke me giving a urine sample any easier. That will definitely be my tests for anything with this establishment again.

Very bad service, today my mom and I went to do routine laboratories, we gave the lab’s orden together, they called me about 15 minutes of waiting and my mom never, it had been more than 30 minutes and when we asked the person in front desk was told that she was still 15 or 20 minutes more. There was no reason why there was more than half an hour of waiting between her and me. It was very disorganized, at the end she arrived late to work and without having done anything because we could not wait any longer.

This location has always given my family and I the best service. Staff is friendly, fast and efficient! We often do walk-ins right when they open and we are in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you vista del Sol staff!
